How the Sessions Work

We start on time and end on time.

There is a high probability that relaxation and guided imagery will be part of the session. There is nothing that I can tell you that you do not already know. My job is to listen deeply, free of agenda or judgment, and help you relax so you can access inner knowing.

With patience, gentle exploration, a sense of wonder, and surprise, and in the divine timing of you and your Soul being ready, your inner wisdom, body intelligence, self-love, and action platform will be revealed through this consciousness work.
