Winding Down Into the Depths of Inner Knowing

Fourth Quarter Moon October 17, 2022, 1:16 PM to New Moon, Solar Eclipse, October 25, 6:49 AM, EDT

Moon Phase

The richness gifted to us during the lunar month of Libra winds down this week, the last in the four-week lunar cycle. With this ending, we also prepare for a new beginning with the next New Moon in Scorpio, a Solar Eclipse, on October 25, 2022, at 6:49 AM EDT.

Can you feel the wind down deep in your soul? Can you move everything unessential aside and feel the cosmos turning within you? Can you perceive the next steps? Can you receive the love? Can you know your own yes and no during this pivotal time of turning?

As we end this cycle, what no longer works falls away if we let it. The pulse of nature beats within, and the Moon’s flow keeps the rhythm for us.

Please consider taking time this week to feel the release of this lunar month. Feel the ending, the freedom. We return to ground, where we will take a minute to rebirth ourselves. Much about this last lunar week supports turning ourselves over in the soil of life.

5D Here, Now

Intuition is the 5D Pillar of Access this week. If you are at the beginning of building a relationship with your intuition, this week helps. The times are ripe for harvesting intuition. Play, practice, and dance with your intuitive urgings. Recognize how your intuition tugs at you to get your attention. Learn to turn on a dime because intuition is instant. Repeats come; however, who wants to miss a prime opportunity to live what you know?

How To

I wrote a booklet on how to trust one’s intuition, and many of those tips are in the chapter on intuition in 5D, Ordinary Descriptions of an Extraordinary Shift. This week, consider recognizing how your inner voice wants to connect with you. Is it by feeling, seeing, hearing, or touching? Our senses connect the outer with the inner. They are pathways to intuition.

This last week of the lunar cycle is a winddown week. As you relax, maybe take a walk in the woods, soak in a hot bubble bath, or sip tea looking out your window, and invite your intuition to make contact. Celebrate whatever comes, free of judgment. The imaginal word does not speak English. Take time to decipher what the messages might be. Intuitive knowing is magic treasure.

Void Moons: No form to contain the energy which feels free-floating and hard to focus. Heeding what your body wants during Void Moons — more internal focus, less external focus, and more stillness, quiet, and rest — are great ways to embody the Moon.
