Week 1 of Lunar Cycle: Tuesday, February 1, 12:46 AM to February 8, 2022, 8:51 AM, EST

In 5D consciousness, the experience of time is different than the experience of linear time we have lived within 3D. If we allow it, our bodies can help with this open-source experience of time.

While there is no beginning and no end, there are restarts and refreshes and reckoning points within the cyclical nature of life. It is good to take stock and acknowledge natural options to reflect and start again.

A first step is to locate your reset button. For many people worldwide, the reset button is on January 1. The reset button can be the Winter Solstice for those who follow the ancient ways. For others, it can be the Chinese New Year celebrated with this New Moon on February 1, 2022. For Tibetans, the New Year starts with the next New Moon in March 2022. Still, others who follow nature’s ways celebrate the reset button with the Spring Equinox. Many of us take advantage of the reset button that comes with each New Moon.

Each New Moon offers such a reckoning point. Our bodies, souls, and psyches benefit when the pressure to perform is lifted, and we can take a breath, a moment, as long as needed, to refresh and reset ourselves, our goals, our intentions, our action plans. We benefit when we align our renewal processes in sync with the cycles of nature.

As we start the New Moon cycle this week, please consider taking time to reflect on what can be released and refreshed in your life. We grow in the cycles of renewal and rebirth. Our Moon is a great teacher and model of this renewable lesson.

Void of Course Moon Times this Week

This week, the big news is that the Moon is Void for a full 24 hours on Tuesday, February 2. Our bodies have felt the slow-down impact of the Dark Moon for the last few days, even if our consciousness did not connect the dots to the Moon’s influence on our physicality. This pull to gravity – tiredness, hard to focus, wanting to float in dreamland energy continues into the first full day of the New Moon cycle because of the 24 hours Void Moon. If we understand that this natural phenomenon impacts us physically, we can stop pushing and make the most of this internal time. We can stop beating ourselves up for not getting further along with the external work and appreciate our earnest application to the inner work.

Inner and outer work combine nicely for optimal productivity if we can get past the conditioning to do in contrast to be. This might be a hard pill to swallow, however. Getting in one’s way has often been a challenge. There is another way, though. This other way respects the body’s calls to rest, be quiet, and reflect. This is the Moon’s way, and it is Her teaching.

Void Moons: No form to contain the energy which feels free-floating and hard to focus. Hearing what your body wants during Void Moons, generally, more internal focus than external focus and more stillness, quiet, and rest, are great ways to start embodying the Moon.

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Tuesday, February 1, 6:01 AM to Wednesday, February 2, 6:00 AM EST

Friday, February 4, 4:41 AM to 9:57 AM, EST

Sunday, February 6, 12:21 PM 5:53 PM EST

If I can help you move through the challenges of opening to your body as Timer, in this shift to 5D consciousness, consider scheduling a time to talk or an appointment here: https://calendly.com/aureal.

Blessed Be. See you next week with the next New Moon phase. Ah, the constant renewal of life in the Moonlight.
