Moon Phase
During meditation, I like to have right palm up and left palm down to help embody life’s in and out rhythm. I can feel the flow in through the left and out through the right side of my body. A similar body experience is possible when noticing the ebb and flow of the lunar month. During the first two weeks, there is perceptible building energy, with growing momentum. During the last two weeks, there is a noticeable winding down energy.
Our organic link with the rhythm of in and out is not a static repetition. It is a spiraling, ebb and flow experience of twists and turns, expansions and contractions.
The lunar cycle is one easy, relatively close, visual reminder of the ebb and flow of human experience. With focus and practice, we can notice this in/out rhythm as an energetic experience that is felt in the body. As we see with the ocean tides, our bodies can have coherence with the Moon flow, too.
This in-and-out flow is subtle, and layered deep within our cosmic embodiment. To experience synchronization with the lunar in/out rhythm more directly, notice outcomes when you start a major project during the last half of the lunar cycle, Notice, too, your energy levels.
In the light of the Full Moon, and having made the pivot toward winding down, this week’s cosmic invitations include:
Allowing consciousness to align with our Soul’s truth
Staying uplifted, in creative mode, and keeping our frequencies high
Straddling structure and change
Allowing our embodied Spirit to guide our transformation
None of these potentials are easy, weaved, as they are, into the intensity of a Full Moon week. If we can tend to the inner fire of creative passion, hang in long enough for the fire to ignite and stay lit, and summon the bravery to engage with the unknown, we can help ourselves have a fulfilling week of integration and release.
5D Here, Now
The energies this week tie into the 5D Pillar of Access of living intuitively. The challenges are mighty, with potent societal attempts for distraction and delusion. Each of us has a choice in every moment. Do we want to live in truth or not? Do we want to waste opportunity, flitter away chances to be fulfilled, live our destiny, and be radiant beings whose light shines in the deepest dark, or not?
Helpless hopelessness is ripe now. My take is that we can be light; we can transverse the scary turn in the arc of the spiral. Intuition is key. Intuition tells us all we need to know.
How-to
The question might be more about how to trust one’s intuition than how to identify intuition. We are all intuitive and can access various intuitive channels, such as feeling, seeing, touching, and hearing. You can become fluent in these communications if you ask from within, listen, and track outcomes.
What is the signal for an intuitive yes for you? What is the sign of an intuitive no? What is the sign for wait, time not yet ripe?
We are in the 5th Dimension now, and as I wrote in the book, 5D Ordinary Descriptions of an Extraordinary Shift, our bodies are becoming more plasma-based and less carbon-based. This change lessens density and makes accessing the intuitive field easier.
The other change with 5D is the noosphere, the field of knowing that we can tap into at any time. The information is there. Nonlocal space is real – where we connect knowingly with people at a distance. Living by intuition is more accessible now than ever. Living an intuitive life is yours if you want it. It is not something external to you; it is very much inside you.
Taking the time to notice the in and out energy as it flows through your body, and feeling ebb and flow in alignment with our Moon, helps connect with your intuition every day. With practice, living by intuition because your first-responder. If you want help accessing, identifying, and trusting your intuition, reach out here.
Mercury Retrograde
You may have heard – Mercury is retrograde from September 9 through October 2, 2022. This celestial movement happens three times every year. As the planet of communication and technology, Mercury’s retrograde motion gives us the chance to listen more closely, and maybe more than once, to the truth and the opportunity within each moment. Patience and humour are helpful, as is gratitude for the gifts Mercury brings, including during retrograde times.
