Letting Go is the 5D Pillar of Access again this week. Something significant is birthing within us, and we cannot have two focuses. It is either past or present. We must let go to allow the new to find its form and function.

Currently, I am reading for Elin Hilderbrand’s The Hotel Nantucket. In the early part of the book, she references a home design sign attributed to Socrates that reads, “The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”

Mantras to this effect are prevalent now; my Facebook feed is filled with them. I am grateful for every one of these reminders because it seems this is how we let go. We focus on what is birthing rather than what is dying. As humans, we need heaps of practice doing this.

Every day I am brought to the need to raise my frequency to lift myself consciously and by choice. Present focus, eyes forward.

Please consider celebrating every time you let go of something – a thought, mindset, conditioning, pattern, and longing for what was that blocks what is.
