Full Moon Eclipse, May 5, 2023
The last half of each lunar cycle, where we are now, is about sharing and releasing as what has been completed spirals into the new at the next New Moon. With the lunar eclipse degree at the midpoint between the Galactic Center and the Supergalactic Center this eclipse delivers the opportunity to free ourselves and release our light into the world.
Other Energies in this Eclipse Moment
The Trans Neptunian Object (TNO), Albion is in the same place as the Sun. Mbabamwanawaresa, also a TNO, is in the same place as the Moon. The Full Moon has the Sun and the Moon opposing one another and in the force of an eclipse. These energies are in a 90-degree square aspect to the Centaur and Comet, Charliko. The configuration is depicted below, in the graphic that titled “T-Square.”
Albion helps us finish things and embark on a fresh start, a new beginning sourced from the deep unconscious. Mbabamwanawaresa represents a marriage of the human and divine. In this Full Moon Light, with these Kuiper Belt Object energies, there is a tension of shapeshifting feminine/masculine and warrior/ healer energies from the depths of our soul experience. Charliko was the wife of Chiron, the daughter of Apollo, and a companion to Vesta and Athena. She is a shapeshifter and a sea nymph, also with access to the deep unconscious. Vesta is concerned with comfort and safety, and Athena is a female warrior.
The energies of this eclipse help us integrate from deep within and from our far-back ancestry, the masculine/feminine, human/Divine, warrior/healer energies that are merging to make us whole. With the lunar point of the eclipse at the midpoint of the Galactic Center and Supergalactic Center, we get a galactic connection that expands and potentiates the impact to be far, wide, deep, and long-lasting.
Other planetary configurations involved in this Full Moon Eclipse include Makemake at 9 degrees of Libra squaring the conjunction of Quaoar and Pholus at 9 degrees of Capricorn. This aspect adds help to the integration of human and divine through nurturing our creative vision for the benefit of all.
The North and South Nodes at 5 Taurus/5 Scorpio squares TNO Varuna at 6 Leo. This aspect helps us to live the freedom of our highest destiny. Combined with the other aspects at this time, we are encouraged to be free, daring, and true.
