Fourth Quarter Week Friday, March 25, 1:38 AM, EDT to New Moon, April 1, 2022 2:25 AM

Is there anything more human than letting go? We grow, build, and accumulate, and poof, we must let it all go. The ever-constant need to release is inherent in being human. Attachments develop, though, and it is sometimes hard to let go.

This closing week of the Lunar Cycle provides a practice ground for letting go. We can let go of efforting, who we think we are, how we thought it would turn out, and relationships that once meant the world to us. We can let go of work that has become a drudge.

Letting go is a critical skill for accessing the 5th Dimensional consciousness. The energy field within and around us is changing to a light-filled experience. We can no longer carry the old baggage. We must release what no longer serves or interests us in this quantum leap of evolution. While the process of release can be excruciating, the post-release experience can be freeing.

This week, consider inviting expansion through letting go. Scan emotions, feelings, habits, choices, people, actions for what no longer serves you in the way they once did. Permit yourself to let go of what is outdated.

Allow the dissolving Light of the Moon, the approach of complete darkness, the energetic imprint of slowing down, to open the release valve on what no longer serves you. Release, and be ready in a week or ten days, with the next new Moon, to spiral up on that next turn of the arc of your life. Release, and become you.

 Suggested Ways for Letting Go

  1. Admit that it hurts
  2. Provide yourself with TLC for releasing what was once so important and valued
  3. Recognize through history, collective and personal, that release is the human process
  4. Maybe have a practice where you say with each breath, I breathe out, I release, then name what you are releasing
  5. The pain of releasing is replaced by Lightness of Being. Let that sensate experience in, with acknowledgment, when it comes

Embodying the Moon’s flow is one part of my work. Void of Course Moon Times this Week

Monday, March 28, brings an extended Void Moon time. Mondays can be challenging without a Void Moon and during a Void Moon Monday, forging ahead, especially in this last week of the Lunar Cycle, can result in a war of wills, yours and the Divine Will.

Cosmic timing is in play, and thought does not have access to all the puzzle pieces. Allow your body to be an intuitive navigator. What does the sensate body want and need? Ask the mind to stay out of it.

Resting is part of the productivity cycle, and information is power. Monday, March 28, because of the 4th Quarter Lunar week and a 14-hour Void Moon, is a day to listen deep from within and respect the dip in the doing.

What to do while you wait during a Void Moon

Take a walk ~ Take a nap ~  Daydream  ~ Write in your journal ~ Play  ~  Take a bubble-bath  ~  Clean your house, cupboards, closets, basement, office, files, computer files, old email  ~   Rest  ~ Do creative expressive play ~

Void Moons: No form to contain the energy which feels free-floating and hard to focus. Heeding what your body wants during Void Moons –more internal focus, less external focus, and more stillness, quiet, and rest –are great ways to embody the Moon.

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Saturday, March 26, 7:51 PM to 8:56 PM  EDT

Monday, March 28, 10:12 AM to 12:33 AM Tuesday, March 29 EDT

Thursday, March 31, 2:37 AM to 5:31 AM EDT

Blessed Be. May you have happy endings this week to prepare for New Moon’s new beginnings next week.
