Direct Experience of 5D Freedom

Life in 5D has opened more freedom to be me within the world than I have ever imagined possible. This opening is happening for many of us who embrace the 5D experience of harmonic wholeness. This personal freedom is reflected in the collective experience now, too, as we participate, live or virtual, in coming together to make this shift.

Thousands of everyday people, judges, lawyers and bureaucrat leaders are all saying yes to inner truth and no to duality. While these people, worldwide–so many– might not be conscious of the shift from 3D to 5D, they are living it.  We are uniting in the strength of harmony connected rather than duality divided.

Some readers, like me, have been working on and toward this shift to the 5th Dimension since the Harmonic Convergence August, 1987 and lifetimes before that. We have applied ourselves faithfully to this shift in consciousness. We dove deep in personal transformation; we engaged in hours of meditation and marathon sessions of individual and group processing; we were patient, as we had some sense that we agreed to be way showers even though very few of us have conscious memory of the moment we agreed, Yes.

There was a visceral experience this week when I recognized the expanded freedom. Along with wonder, amazement and joy, came the recognition of what it takes to sustain life in 5D consciousness, especially when 3D duality might be the choice of people around me.

What it takes, I realize, is to keep fluid in present moment consciousness. Slipping back into past or future, succumbing to concerns about what other people think of me or my choices, being concerned about outcomes are traps through which I lose my way.

Staying present in every changing moment is key.  Keeping fluid with sharp, precise cutting tools, like the word No, helps dissolve these traps. Old patterns release when we call on the collaboration of the Living Field and our own strengthened 5D consciousness. When we keep buoyant in the Now, momentum propels us along the new path. The more we choose present moment consciousness, the easier it becomes to do so.

Not caring what others think means that we are well-grounded, solid, in our own self-esteem and our own inner connection with intuition and the Living Field.  We know our truth, and our choices. We know what has resonance for us and we have the courage to choose that and leave the rest.

To be steeped in self-care is a crucial part of this.  Listening to what our bodies want and need; feeding our Soul with meaningful connections with wise others; moving our bodies with grace and ease; engaging in creative expression; eating a diet that sustains more Light and less density; getting enough sleep; choosing entertainment and media choices that stimulate us in positive ways are all components of Present Moment living.

Also required is saying no when saying yes violates our own integrity. We do not have to be mean; we do have to be true to ourselves.  When we are true to ourselves, we clear the space and open the opportunity for others to find and claim their way, too.

While we have prepared for this shift over lifetimes, my direct experience is that the intensity is amping up.  Now is the time to implement the new ways – to choose present moment consciousness that is ever moving and resist dwelling on the past or concerns about future. Vibrant self-esteem is a confidence that comes with 5D awareness. In  3D duality, we were always judging ourselves and others. Knowing is judgement’s replacement. We know what is true and we choose that.

If you feel that you are not quite there yet; please take heart. Know that you are doing your best, feel the commitment that you have made to be a way shower in this New Time. Pay attention to your intuition and feel your way in each fluid moment. Everything changes and when we bring our attention to Now, we can capture what is ours to do, and be, in fluid, dynamic, free expression.

Personally, I had a profound experience this week when I opened to direct experience of  expanding freedom. Checking in with my Self, I realized that to sustain this, I must stay fluid in each present moment.  What an awakening!   Eckhart Tolle has been telling us this for years. To live it, personally, and as we see in the world, collectively, brings the experience from concept to direct, live experience. 5D, our new, cosmic home.

Please share how you are doing with this shift in the comments section. We learn from one another and we grow stronger together through shared experiences.

In Love,

The Shift of 2012

Photo taken by Elizabeth Uchtman

My sister and her family vacationed near the Mayan Ruins this Summer Solstice and my niece took this photo for me.  I share it with you along with relating an experience I had around the same time, Summer Solstice, that speaks to this human evolution we in now.

The experience for me is that the veils of delusion are lifting.  As I lifted my head and sat upright after the nap, my waking thought was that I could stop blaming others, I no longer needed that mechanism as a defense. I received this healing, heartily.

Whatever work I was doing in the dream state of that nap, I woke with multidimensional awareness: I had the feeling awareness that I could release blaming others, the words came, and I saw an image like a nail being removed from my body. The imaged nail was this pattern of blame toward others. It seemed counterintuitive to me that the pattern of blame toward others was a nail being released from me.  As I relaxed into the experience, I realized that the defense of blaming others was actually a harm to to me. The visceral experience, as well as the thought consciousness, was that I no longer needed to do this. I am no longer trapped in the pattern of that conditioned response.  I have choices rather than blame others and in the days and years ahead, I look forward to optioning those other choices. The binding is released.

We all have defense mechanisms and whatever they are, in a well-lived life, they are time-limited.  Hopefully, we don’t keep them padded around us forever.  In this ripe time NOW, all of us can see through the veils of choices, traits, characteristics that keep us bound in ways we no longer need to be bound.

Whatever “reason” we are evolving a liberated way of being us, whether it is the Mayan Calendar reset button or that we are at a transition time between ages, periods of 26,000 years called the Great Year, and since the 1960’s we have been revolutionizing from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius, or whether our Earth is spinning out of the section of the sky related to Kali Yuga, a period of Darkness, and into the photon belt of lightness, or a synchronized blend of all of this and more, we are in a New Dimension, living new awareness.

How is this showing up for you?  Are things ending, including relationships you did not ever think would end?  Do you have new perspectives on your life and circumstances that you had not ever imagined before? Do you long for creative expression?  Do you long for community, connection with others where you can be totally who you are and they can be who they are and there is no dominion or hierarchy over others? Are you finding your voice at home and/or at work?

Are you seeing new possibility where you do not imagine possibility before?

One of the prime freedoms of this time is that we can now release fear. There are so many ways to frame this conversation about releasing fear. Here is one perspective:  Earlier in this post, I mentioned The Age of Pisces; one signature of the Piscean Age was duality. Fear was a hallmark of Duality, as someone always had to be right and someone always had to be wrong, that is what duality is, two poles of opposites. In duality, someone had to be up, someone had to be down.  Someone had to be rich, someone had to be poor.

In the operating system of this new Age of Aquarius, this is no Duality, there is Humanity. We are all part of, we all belong, we all have choice and voice. Yes, we are in a transition phase and the transition is not yet complete. We are transitioning, though.  In this transition there is a personal choice to make regarding leaving fear behind.

Many people are becoming fearless. Look at how many blogs there are now, how many people are reporting their own experiences, their own news. Mainstream news is fueled by independent reporters and witnesses. Communities are also rising up.  Look at Facebook and Twitter and all of the social media and the countless blogs on which you can use your authentic voice to comment and share your wisdom.

Living in and being bound by fear is not part of the New Humanity, there is no room for fear, it does not compute. Fear does not compute because the essence of this New Dimension is Love. We are at an open portal of love, a place as a Humanity we have not been before. This open portal of living, being and receiving Love is not a mind thing, it is a heart and a body and an inner knowing thing.  As fear shows up before you, consider that you have choices. Notice, and choose consciously, not with habituated, conditioned reaction.  Take a breath, feel the wisdom in your body, your own inner knowing and ask your mind to relax. Voice what you know in your deepest heart.  You may find deep within you that you know, All is Well, despite how things look on the surface. Befriend your own inner knowing.

You may have noticed that I was gentle with myself as I realized one of the patterns that bound me, blame. I am very gentle and loving in my own healing and I am gentle and spacious in my work with clients.  We all have our own answers within us us, regarding how to travel through day to day and how to make this big transition into the new age.  If you find that you would like an intuitive mentor, a guide, to help you get to the source of your own inner wisdom, consider working with me.  I have been consciously working on this Age transition for the past 47 years and I am ready!  How about you?

Suddenly, without any warning, at any time or place, with no apparent cause, it can happen. Ken Wilber, No Boundary

Am I ready?  Like everyone else, longings I hold in my heart are with me always.

I want to live in Duluth, near Lake Superior, in another state from mine.  I want a life fulfilled, time for walks on the shore of the Lake, time to work art, time to write and do intuitive work with clients. As Ken Wilber says, I know that these fulfillments can happen in any moment and without warning. Am I ready to receive them?  Or am I stuck in past adaptations that keep me from receiving them?

Right now, we are in an age-turning time.  We not only had the new century, we also had a new age, the turning of a Great Year of 26,000 years.  Everything is changing.  There is less hierarchy and more equality.  You might argue this point, however, consider how grassroots movements have changed everything from healthcare to politics to technology to relationships over the past 40 years or so.

We live in new ways now and one of the most significant changes is that we use our body, our senses, our intuition for knowing.  We feel things through rather than think things through.  In the former paradigm, mind was paramount, and with that, duality and hierarchy.

In this new time, there are no rules and the guidebook is our internal connection with nature. Blockage comes when we continue to respond to life’s choices from conditioned adaptations of closed thinking,  blocked feeling,  false knowing — ignoring.  The kind of  “willful blindness” that is in the media news now.

Being present means leaving these adaptations behind. Its hard work because over  two thousand years, restrictive adaptations have become ingrained. It takes courage to be present, free of former conditioning.  It takes courage to own what we feel, want, desire. It takes courage to be okay with that and know that we would not want it if it didn’t belong to us — magnetism attracts  so what magnetizes us, what interests us, does have an organic, connecting source within us.

Everyone has his or her own starting point for being present, for leaving the past behind.  I want to be ready for that Suddenly fulfillment.  I want to grasp it, grab it, say Yes to it. Use it and go on to the next desiring, wanting, needing.

What do you long for, and how are you open to suddenly receiving what you want?

Money Message

On a recent Saturday evening, after a roundtrip drive from Cincinnati to Columbus for a Sisters in Crime mystery writers event, I settled in at home to watch escapist TV and found a movie on the Hallmark Channel titled Dad’s Home. It was an enjoyable little romp in relax mode, until after the movie was over, I asked myself, “Why did I waste time on that?”

The premise, and here is a spoiler alert, is that the Mom was somehow gone from the picture and the Dad was raising two kids alone.  Dad lost his 20 some year job in advertising, with a firm he helped build.  The kids were concerned and all he said was, “We have money.” There was no further story line to explain the money.  Why was he working if they had money?

Anyway, Dad gets a job interview at a new kind of advertising place, where they have yoga balls for chairs and he realizes that it’s not a match for him.  Story movies along and then he gets an interview with an old type ad firm,  gets an offer and he says yes to the job.  Complication comes when the new boss calls and says, surprise, the job is in Cleveland. The family will have to relocate from what seems like the West Coast to snow land.

The Dad is still going along with the job offer and then he realizes his kids are happy where they are.  Why move? The implied scene is that he calls the new boss and says no to the job.  As I remember it, the movie ends with a happy scene of the kids playing in their sunny yard.  The feeling I had after watching the movie, was “What?  What about the money, how is he going to support his family?” No mention of an income stream in the movie and I felt ripped off for the time I spent watching that story,  as income streams are a concern of mine.

Walking up the stairs to bed, it hit me.  Mainstream consciousness, collective unconsciousness, whatever it’s called, is changing.  Despite the headlines of unemployment and the high price of gas and the housing ups and downs, some undercurrent within a collective us realizes that money is no longer the driving force of our reason to be. It took me a few minutes to realize that’s what Dad’s Home offered — the Dad was being driven by family considerations, the happiness of his children in their current location, rather than by the income benefit of continuing his career in a field he had chosen decades previously.  The story line that I filled in for myself is that Dad eventually got a job in another line of work.

One anchoring mantra I use these days is “Everything I need is here.” It takes all that I have sometimes to live by this experience, and it is an experience when I stay in the moment, rather than meander through worry or fret or fear.  This TV movie helped reflect for me that in our new century, new age, new time, New Field  the rules are changing and inner happiness is now currency.

May we all use it!
