The Full Moon’s Secret

 processing-1737812_1280-saluting-full-moon

I have worked with the Full Moon in many ways, including dancing in wild celebration with a group, on a beach with a campfire; in meditative circles where we plundered in to feel the one root beneath all duality; in women’s talking and drumming circles, in a plaintive, lamenting wail for Sacred Union; immersed in cozy blankets, a steaming cup of herbal tea and books of poetry, Rumi, David Whyte, Mary Oliver.

My current, favorite way to work with our beloved, Sacred, Beaming Full Moon Light is to recognize its primal role as turning point between the in/out rhythm of life.  There is an in and out phase to everything, from our birth to our death, from our night to our day, from each in breath to each out breath.  These cycles, and so many more, have a cyclic span determined by the breadth of their circumference; some cycles are wider, and therefore, take longer, than other circles. The rhythmic pattern of a cycle, though, one half activity and the other half rest, is always the same.

The more complex our world gets; the more the basics help stabilize. That is why I go back, eons, perhaps, to remember, acknowledge and feel this simple in/out rhythm that our Moon models for us each month.  From New to Full Moon we are in active mode.  From Full to the end of the cycle, the Balsamic Moon, we are in rest mode.

Perhaps you are thinking, “Ridiculous, who could live like this?” Please consider that this is how our planet lives.  This is how our planet lives in relation to its place in the cosmos. This is how our Moon has modeled timing for us since the beginning of human life on earth. This is how our bodies live, whether we bring consciousness to this rhythm or not.

Yes, we are in a modern world that lives by 24/7 access to everything that we want.  However, our Moon mirrors this secret – the repeating pattern of activity and rest inherent in all the cycles, and cycles are the nature of life.

It is my operating premise that when we align with this core rhythm, as reflected by the fluid flow of Moon Light, we help ourselves root within the sustaining rhythm of life. To me, this is the ultimate in self-care, to feel and align our rhythmic body with the rhythmic body of cosmos, in sync and on time.

We have come a long way from consciously aligning with this core rhythm.  Some of us, perhaps you, and me, do live this alignment because not doing so throws us off kilter, spinning with no reliable tether.  The Moon and her fluid flow of Light does anchor us in the cyclic pattern of being, releasing and becoming.

What this means in practical terms is that you start recognizing, within your body, the surging build energy from New to Full Moon, and the dissipating, dissolving energy in the last half of the Moon’s cycle. We gather and build in the first half and reflect, process, disseminate and integrate in the last half.

Once we readmit this basic rhythm into sensate awareness, our body, our Divine Intelligence, our Intuition, our activated link with a living, loving Cosmic Field, guides us to next steps.

If you are already living this alignment, please let me know. If living like this sparks a compelling invitation within you, please let me know. It is time to call a Moon and Her Secrets circle together.

3-Question Worksheet for Slowing Down, Now!

Why Slow Down Now?

November 27, 2016 — Dark, dark of Moon, with New Moon on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 7:19 AM, EST

Energy is naturally low in a dark Moon and the closer we get to the end of the lunar cycle and the beginning of the next, the stronger the gravitational pull to slow stillness.

Void Moon, Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 4:49 PM EST to Monday, November 28, 2016, 3:46 PM EST

Void Moon indicates free floating energy, nothing much takes shape or what is formed often has to be reformed, redone. Void Moons are prime times for introspection, reflection, rest, listening.

We are winding down the 2016 Solar Cycle. Many people celebrate the New Year with the Winter Solstice and we are weeks away from that Natural Time marker.  A slowdown in the Solar Cycle might not impact our physical energy as much as a slowdown in the Lunar Cycle, however, as we look to nature in the Northern Hemisphere, we see barren earth, bare trees and people bundling up, staying indoors more. The focus shifts to internal as we approach stillpoint of the Winter Solstice. We are, most likely, becoming quieter, more reflective.

swing-1350654_1280

These Natural Time markers invite slowing down now. In addition, many of us are standing with those at Standing Rock.  Many of us are standing with our brothers and sisters of all races and all spiritual and sexual and gender orientations. It is a gift to ourselves, and to all brothers and sisters, when we align with nature and slow down, too. When we stop, be still and listen, in alignment with Natural Cycles, we can know next steps. Wisdom, support and direction come through listening through the stillness.

Comfort and renewal also come through slowing down, letting go and listening. If stillness and slowing down are not yet a delight and remain a challenge, here is a 3-question worksheet for exploring your relationship with slowing down and stillness. This is not a test and there are no wrong answers, simply a personal exploration of something that you might want more options over, to slow down, be still.

Sacred Timing

play-994676_1280-dark-moon

When our Moon empties out at the end of a cycle, there is no light in the night sky. Correspondingly, during dark Moon times, our own light turns inward, in sync with a gravitational pull to slow down and be still.  This inward pull to stillness, to being with our deep selves, occurs twice each month. Once with the Collective Lunar Cycle, and once with the Personal Lunar cycle.

Both cycles, the personal and the collective, have the same rhythmic pattern; it is the start days that vary. The Collective Lunar Cycle starts with the New Moon, and the Personal Lunar Cycle starts with the phase of the Moon in which you are born. The Dark Moon, this inward pull to quiet receptivity, occurs three days before the New Moon in both the personal and collective cycles.

A Dark Moon in the collective cycle is occurring as I post this blog article.  The New Moon occurs Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 1:39 PM Eastern Daylight Time. This means that the Collective Dark Moon starts Thursday, October 27, 2016, in the afternoon in US Eastern time zone.  The inward pull toward quiet refection begins on Thursday and continues through the weekend, until the New Moon.  Within a day after the New Moon, we start to feel the upward energy surge again.

Not everyone feels this timing. It can start with a nudge, a pull toward stillness, reflection, rest, quiet. If you sense any of this, please open the invitation. The more we align with natural, cyclic timing, the more the experience becomes familiar to us. Like all new skill sets, when we pay attention, we open receptor pathways of the original blueprints that our bodies are timers.

The Personal Lunar Cycle is the other cycle with this rhythmic pattern of slowing down, release and renewal. I just had my Personal Dark Moon; It started late Friday, October 21, 2016, continued through Saturday, all day Sunday and ended with my Personal New Moon, Monday morning, October 24, 2016 in the 8 o’clock hour.

I anticipate the personal dark Moon phase as a sacred holiday. This is a time when I honour the whole of my life in synchronized flow with our living Universe. For us, on Earth, flow means the Moon is involved.

I have been aligning with this sacred timing since 1993.  For 95% of this time, I have planned and scheduled around this pivotal timing. I have minimized commitments, laid low, and observed sensate release and regeneration typical of cyclic endings and beginnings.

Seven years ago, I took a nursing job on a per diem basis, even though I worked fulltime. I choose to forego benefits like paid time off so that  I could control my schedule and not have to work on low energy Personal Dark Moon days.  There is predictive value in knowing this rhythm, and I used it for self-care and well-being, and to optimize the potent receptivity (intuition, inner knowing, coming to center) inherent during Dark Moon times.

This past Personal Lunar Cycle, though, I was under deadline for a high-pressured, freelance writing assignment and I had to work through the low energy time. Eliminating distractions, cancelling social plans and staying focused on the writing task, I did muster the stamina to complete the task. It took all that I had, energetically and emotionally.

The carrot at the end of the stick was that I knew the Moon was void of course all day on Monday, enhancing my ability to rest post project. My schedule was clear and I gave myself a do-nothing day. It was calm, sweet, comfortable, quiet, relaxing and restorative.

On Tuesday, I was aware of still needing a little slower down time and I eased into the day with that awareness, of being kind with myself.

I have been through enough of these Personal Lunar Cycle turnings to know that if I do not stop and be still during this precious, sacred time, a depression, an irritability, an out of sorts experience shows up.  It is the beast in nature; if we do not feed the beast what it needs, in this case rest and quiet, it roars in ugliness.

I did not get the stillness that I needed during my Personal Dark Moon, however, I knew enough to not continue forward before taking deep rest. I was a little off schedule, however, I still gave myself the self-care and stillness that I needed.

Our bodies need these rest and reset times daily, twice within the Lunar Cycle, one Personal, one Collective, and yearly, right before our birthday, with our Solar Return.

tiger-1673874_1280-resting

I want to shout from the rooftop, I want to play the trumpet and bang the cymbals, I want to sing an operatic High C to let people know about these natural cycle turnings, these pivot times of stop and restart. Coming to zero point with nature’s timing is an exquisite, sacred experience.

Much of what I read these days is that answers to our challenges are found through self-love. Listening to, and heeding, the needs of our precious human bodies, is to me, ultimate expression of self-love. In Sacred Heart living, listening for what the body needs is high priority.

For those new to this sacred timing, I am in the process of developing online training for recognizing and honouring these sacred cycle alignments. I anticipate these products to be ready on or before Spring, 2017.

Those who have taken my personal lunar cycle classes know this timing and I welcome your sharing on the value of this timing in your life. Please add your comments in the comments section below!

Sunrise, Sunset

sunrise

Through a moving FB post, a friend opened me to a new experience of Natural Time – the simple noticing of Sunrise and Sunset and their daily fluctuations.

This is a brilliant practice for moving through the hold that cultural conditioning about time tries to have over us. When we honour nature’s fluidity, we open to our own fluidity. For those in affinity with the Divine Feminine, Goddess Energy and Eastern philosophies, dawn and twilight have long been identified as Dakini time, when there is high receptivity to receiving intuition. Sunrise and sunset are Soulful living times.

Personal energy flows, and with it, power, stamina and focus, in relation to the ebbs and flows of the natural world. We are cyclic beings within a cyclic world. We can use information about natural cycles to our advantage. We can use the rhythms of life to plan, schedule, choose and create experiences that optimize our quality of life.

Do you want more time with your kids? Do you want an easier flow through challenging work projects? Do you want rest that satiates and restores you?

If yes, with this blog, you have found a place that offers information, resources, training and support to help you open to the flow of Time as an active participant rather than as passive subject.

For example:

Knowing when the Moon is Void of Course, we can choose to indulge in rest, relaxation, quiet cuddle time or mundane organizational tasks rather than force forward when our satellite, the Moon, has lost connection. With the Moon out of receiving range, our bodies feel this void on the physical energy level; focus is dimmed because the gravitational pull is toward reflection in contrast to action, and work projects meet with delays and difficulties. Work arounds involve knowing when the Moon is void and planning and scheduling accordingly. You can receive direct support about this here.

Knowing about Dark of the Moon days, and planning and scheduling accordingly, enhances dissolution of what has ended with the close of the Lunar cycle. This awareness allows for clear and uncluttered space to receive in the new cycle, with the restart button of each New Moon.

Observing the simple shifts of Sunrises and Sunsets imprints within our psyches the living awareness that we are in sync with the flow of Life.

Additional products to help identify and align with natural cycles, as well as services in support of shifting to an organic experience of Time, are in the works.  The Void of Course Moon Club is already up and running.

If you are not already a subscriber to this newsletter, consider subscribing, you can use the subscription button to the top left, and take advantage of special offers as online training, guided imagery relaxations and Lunar Rhythms Energy Club options come to market.

Love and Peace, and let’s flow!

Drum roll: Void of Course Moon Club

Have you ever wanted to harness the ups and downs of your energy cycles as they relate to productivity? The Void of Course Moon Club meets this need. For a nominal fee of $7 US dollars a month, you get Void of Course Moon (VOC) times for one of the following time zones, Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, London, UK. These VOC times are delivered by email with each New Moon of your subscription for lunar the month ahead. A narrative story about working with the Void of Course Moon is included in this monthly email, along with the call in information for a monthly conference call to discuss planning and scheduling with the Void of Course Moon times.

Who Benefits from Joining

Joining this Club benefits those who struggle with time management, those who experience stress from busyness or overwork to the detriment of well-being. Crafters and makers, all manner of self-employed entrepreneurs, can find benefit in this Void of Course information. Anyone who is employed and feels the pressures of producing against all odds may also find benefit in learning about and working with Void of Course Moon times.
The reason this club has benefit for such a wide spectrum of folk is because living in sync with Void of Course Moon times is one of the best techniques for experiencing time as a fluid, inner experience. Working with Void Moon helps open the experience of body as timer and provides vivid contrast for the constrained experience of time as an external controller outside of direct, physical experience.

Why Now?

Since the conditioning of mechanical time (produce at all costs, no matter how the body feels) runs deep within our culture, it can take years to feel and appreciate the value of flowing with the Moon, our natural Timer. In other words, opening the door to this club does not mean that aligning with natural cycles is an easy experience. Joining this club will be a learning experience and can be a fun experience.

Void of course Moon times can best be explained by sacred geometry, which is everywhere in our lives. The next time you are at a meeting or a social gathering, look to see who is directly opposite you. These sitting or standing configurations speak to the energetic alignments among those present. For example, the person 180 degrees apart from you is most likely to be someone who supports you totally or someone with whom an “opposition” exists. You can also look to those sitting at 45 degree angles from you; there is likely to be some friction in these relationships, some dynamic to work through to come to a fuller, more mutually appreciative understanding.

“As above, so below.” These words suggest that what is happening here on Earth is reflected in the skies above. Sacred geometry also shows up in the ever moving planets and stars in the sky. A Void of Course Moon occurs when the Moon is not making any aspect of geometric shape with the planets. The technical definition goes deeper than this, however, for our purposes here, keeping it to basics helps with the very real challenge of changing our relationship with time, moving past centuries of conditioning and opening to the direct, visceral experience of time as a living flow.

The great scientist Buckminster Fuller taught that energy is contained in form. With a Void of Course Moon there is no geometric form to contain the energy. The physical experience can be felt as void, like energy flowing through a sieve, into the void.

IMG_1307                                                       Into the Void, photo by Aureal Williams

This is why there is a business advantage to knowing about these times and using them for planning and scheduling and this Club helps with that. During a Void of Course Moon it can be challenging to stay focused. If we keep pushing forward during a Void Moon time, we might experience losses, uphill battles, and often, the need to apply extra effort or redo things. Working smarter, not harder definitely applies to those who follow Void of Course Moon times.
The Void Moon occurs every two and one half days for varying amounts, from minutes to more than 24 hours. These are optimal times for rest and reflection, for releasing and receiving information from the invisible planes. They are times to allow rest for our bodies, minds and Souls. Rest is an integral component of the productivity cycle and nature is a great teacher.

Bonus Benefit!

Aligning with the void Moon times for planning and scheduling also provides a blueprint for present moment living based on the wisdom of Body as Timer. These skills are key now, as we transition to the New Life/New Time of 5th Dimension living.

It is a tumultuous time as we make this transition. Come join this Club and learn how to align with the flow of the Moon. The inner alignment is already there, as the body feels these rhythms on subtle levels. Tt is now time to bring this subtle body awareness into consciousness and support ourselves more fully with human/nature integration. Come, join the Club!

The Auspicious Time of August 13-14

The sunset factoryCreative Commons License Kevin Dooley via Compfight

I write to share information about the auspiciousness of August 13 and 14 2012. On these dates the Sun is in Leo and the Moon is in Cancer, the home bases of our two primary Lights.  This information comes from Isabel Hickey’s work, long since deceased.  This placement represents a natural resonance of the Sun and the Moon and the opportunity for us is to go to the wishing well and reach deep.

I welcome news of your experiences these days, please post in the comments section below or contact me directly.

The Pull to Rest, Continued….

Juan Tamad

Agustin Rafael Reyes via Compfight

During the most recent Dark Moon (three full 24 hour periods before each New Moon) I started to write a post about resting in the Dark of the Moon and the post went missing! The post was there and then it was not there.  I accepted this happening as a cosmic intervention, a loud and clear reminder that it was time to rest, not write.

When I was living in Ashland, Oregan at the turn of the century, I heard Barry Brailsford speak to a group of people. He is an indigenous wisdom man, carrying the traditions of many ancient cultures.  That particular evening, Barry talked about not starting a writing project, or any project (Facebook take note!), near the end of the Lunar Cycle.  Barry said that it just made sense, and we only need to look at the sky, or feel within, to know this. As he said this, a friend in the audience looked at me and we both nodded, as she recognized that this was information I consistently shared in my work with Natural Time.

I know the tradition of syncing human activities with the Moon’s phases is something indigenous peoples do and have done forever and while I carry this tradition myself, deep within me, it was good to hear Barry say this in contemporary time. I have often felt like Cassandra sharing this information.

For me, the information came first through a study of astrology and then through direct experience of my body’s rhythms, the momentum to move forward, or to be still, in relation to the ebbs and flows of our Moon.

What I don’t get is how rare this seems to be to people, to coordinate how they feel and want to move or not want to move in relation to the Moon’s phase in the sky above.  To me, it is like a giant cosmic permission slip to follow one’s own rhythms in accordance with nature. It takes a lot to do that, I know, and you can read through earlier posts, and future posts, to learn about my struggles with this allowing.

In this most recent Dark Moon, I started to write about resting and the cosmos invited me to walk my talk. I accepted that invite and did rest as much as I could. For instance, not writing a voluntary blog post. There was something, though, that I had to do during this Dark Moon time and that was to show up for a part-time employment gig. Prior to the last few months, I had  the divine, supreme luxury of calling my own schedule. Now, I have a part-time gig where there is not as much leeway in my schedule as there was before. For the first time in about ten years, I had to show up for a job during the Dark Moon phase on Monday and Tuesday of this past week.

Monday went well, I didn’t have to do much, and  I rested Monday evening.  I did not sleep well during the night, as is often the circumstance right before a New Moon. Energy is stirring to begin anew.  The New Moon occurred on Tuesday morning at 11:02 AM EDT and I found it very difficult to work that day.  I was tired, out of sorts, and about 2 in the afternoon wondered to myself if I would make it through the rest of the day.

I did make it through the day and came right home, no stopping.  I crashed into rest that evening and being a self-indulgent sort, I rested the entire next day.  I knew from the feeling within my body that I had to come back to center, to reset to zero for the start of the new lunar cycle.  It was also the start of a new solar cycle, so the rest was deep and replenishing. I had the day to myself, a luxury, I know, and I read a mystery, stayed reclining most of the day, moved slowly, peacefully.

I woke this morning with a resurgence, a renewed energy field, fresh for the start of this new lunar cycle and this new season, Summer!, and with vitalized energy for my own work. New ideas, new enthusiasm, fresh perspective.

Not everyone can stop what they are doing and rest as the Moon floats from the end of one cycle to the beginning of the next. I know this and I will now, occasionally, fall into this category, too. However, if you struggle with depression, or irritability or frustration with your circumstances, I encourage you to consider realigning choices regarding energy exertion and the Moon’s movement. There are two cycles to consider, the Collective Lunar Cycle and your Personal Lunar Cycle. For simplicity’s sake, consider starting the alignment with the Collective Lunar Cycle. After you feel a resonance with that cycle, consider moving on to alignment with the Personal Lunar Cycle.

Things to consider for alignment with the Collective Cycle are to prepare for the naturally occurring low energy time during the Dark Moons, again, those are three days before each New Moon. You can find the date and time of the New Moons are on most calendars. During the Dark Moon times, consider having groceries on hand so you don’t have to stop at the supermarket on the way home from work. Pull out something from the freezer in the morning, so it is ready to go for dinner, instead of having to exert energy cooking. You might be too tired to enjoy what you cook during that Dark Moon time!  Have arrangements with family members for quiet time those evenings and limit external commitments as you can.  Most of all though, notice the longing in your body for rest, and allow time and space for it.  Planning ahead helps, whether it is with meals or housecleaning or activities for children or yourself. Queue up that book on your tablet, have something ready to go that relaxes.

Indigenous peoples have followed the lunar rhythms since the beginning of time. These cultures are not prominent any longer, however their wisdom still works. The cultures that have been prominent recently have attempted to use dominion over Nature to stay in power.  Their grip is loosening. The Shift  (paradigm/age/new dimension/new field) that we are in presents an opening to again connect live with Nature and reach for synchronicity, alignment and comfort from one ever-changing constant in life, our Moon.

The Richness of Now

Seedling Matthew Fang via Compfight

As I write this post, it is the evening of the Full Moon Eclipse, June 4. 2012, and we are a day from the Venus/Sun conjunction.  This is  a turning point time and represents an incredibly potent time for self-healing and self-being.

Eclipses are a kind of portal, a travel path of Sun and Moon synchronicity.  The Sun and Moon are the major lights in our lives and when they eclipse one another, it represents a seeding point.  Eclipses represent a time to dream big and wish on those light stars.  Notice over the over the next six months what manifests through your dream field, your imagination and your wishing well.

This Venus transit represents the beginning of a new 100 or so year cycle of hers.  There was a part one of this event in June, 2004 and June 5, 2012 represents part 2. The Mayan Calendar is based on Venus and her cycles so this June 5, 2012 event is part of the weaving of  the major Mayan Calendar event later this year, December 21, 2012. The word “potent” does not even come close to the power and potential of this time.

What is significant about these events is that the Lunar Eclipse and the Venus conjunction occur very near the same spot in the sky.  This is a thrilling time, a grounding rod for all things Venus: creative mystery, values, Beauty.  It is heart medicine of the highest caliber.

Ways to optimize this time include, first, realize that your field is expanding.  There is more room to be you, to be creative, to be artistic and expressive, whatever that means for the individual you.   Benefit comes, as well, from heeding dreams, moving the body in expressive gestures like walking or dancing, and speaking, seeing and reaching for what it is you want.  This time is about signing the canvas of your life with Beauty, Creativity and Heart. There is no right or wrong and no small or large. Now represents a time to take a first, or ongoing, step in releasing the BEauty within You.

If you are reading this post in real time and feel that you are tired and maybe out of sorts, recognize that there is major change in our Universe with these events and it takes our bodies and consciousness time to adjust.  I do hope that one makes time for this adjustment with resting when tired and processing emotions through art and heart connections with others. Good nutrition and positive thoughts, processing out those thoughts that bind you, is also helpful.  If you are reading this post weeks or months after the fact, rest assured that you can actively participate in the shift as the Venus transit is a long-term one and if you are not consciously working with the June 2012 eclipses, there are other eclipses on their way, as they occur every six months.

Working with the natural cycles as they occur in our ever-moving celestial sphere helps us align with and attune our intuitive inner knowing as we take one step after another on our beautiful planet Earth.  Step with life as it gets more fun, creative, connective, colourful, and rewarding.  Venus is about rewards, too, the reward of us within vibrant, interconnected life.

Experts who know the rhythms of the Mayan Calendar tell us that the meme is changing from “Time is Money” to “Time  is Art.” This Venus transit, along with the eclipses, open the door to us living Time is Art.  What that means is that artistic expression paves the way for fulfillment, we no longer live by the clock.  Rational minds cannot understand this, so please, do not stress yourself by trying to understand something beyond the mind’s grasp. We are multidimensional beings and we live and function beyond just the mind.  The richness of now is a time to let those other areas of our multidimensional experience, soul, heart, spirit and physical body, reach for the creative expression longing to be released from within. It is helpful not to put any judgements on the type of art you are called from within to do.  Now’s the time.

The Facebook Stock Discussion

Big Moon Ricardo Motti via Compfight

It astounds me that with access to all that money, media and popularity, the Facebook stock team did not seem to have access to primal sense.  Is it only the indigenous peoples who know?  Is it only nonindigenous people, like me and hundreds of others like me, who try to pay attention and follow nature, that know?

The “knowing” that I am talking about is that if one wants a project to succeed, don’t start it in the deep dark of the Moon, especially when the next New Moon involves an eclipse, as this New Moon did.  The Facebook people launched their public offering of stock on Friday morning, May 18 somewhere around 9:30 AM Eastern Daylight time and we, I am talking about all of us, had a New Moon with in two days of this launch.  The New Moon eclipse occurred on Sunday, May 20 at 7:48 PM Eastern Daylight time.

When the Facebook people officially launched their stock in public offering, the Moon was around 333 degrees of its 360 degree cycle, it was in its 26th of its 28 day cycle and it was in its 8th of 8 phase cycle.  That timing speaks of ending, not beginning.  The energy is just not there to sustain new life.  I am sorry if this is hard news for anyone to take in; the ancient peoples on our land, on all parts of our land, worked with natural cycles, the flow of the seasons and the phases of the Moon.

It is disheartening that this simple, primal, information, something we see reflected in the sky each and every month as a reminder for us, is so ignored in our modern society.  We will not ever know how the Facebook stock might have fared if the launch was delayed until Tuesday or Wednesday, once the New Moon had a chance to find its legs and the energy starts anew.

I have no stock in Facebook and am not planning on purchasing any, so I really don’t have a horse in this race.  Except that me, and hundreds, if not thousands of people like me, share information about these natural cycles and people do not seem to sense the connection between their energy, the life and viability of their projects or relationships and that big, beautiful, oceanic Moon up there.  There is a connection and I invite you to track it.  It is easy to do, most calenders list the New and Full Moons on their pages.  Note how you feel and how what you start in dark Moon days, three days before the New Moon, turns out.  Let me know how it goes!
