Dear Intuitives,

As the pressures mounted, I took a time out. I had a lie down, with feet propped up above the level of my heart, eyes closed and with right hand on middle of my heart area and left hand below my abdomen. After a few slow deep breaths, in through my nose, out through my mouth I came to calm center and then journeyed further inward for a conversation with my Inner Teacher.

The reveal was that I am changing channels. I am in the process of switching from life lived mentally to life lived by feelings, sensate knowing and body wisdom.

I am not the only one making this shift, so please take a minute to consider how big of a shift this is for those of us in this process. This shift represents an entire new way of being, living, experiencing, relating.

I write often about living from sensate experience rather than living by thought. Last week, though, I had direct awareness, a come home to Mama moment, where I actually lived it.

This shift shows up in simple ways; instead of thinking that I am thirsty, I go get a drink of water. This way of sensate living is more present moment; it is immediate, direct, no time or energy wasted.

We are in this quantum shift. International news confirms that the old structures no longer contain status quo (violence in the US, Brexit, the US political process, among others.) The uncontrollable chaos of the current stage of shift bloody hurts.

As human beings living in a loving, constantly evolving Universe, our innate nature is kindness and our unique nature is consciousness. We are transitioning to a new dimension where conscious kindness is the norm. Presence in each moment, attuned to what we feel and what we need, helps get us there.

Please share in the comments section below your experiences of coping with the intensity of the chaos stage of shift now and/or how you are opening to a more felt experience of living, rather than thinking.
