Stretch Through to Your Yes

Full Moon Eclipse, Monday, May 16, 2022, 12:15 AM EDT to Fourth Quarter Moon, Sunday, May 22 at 2:43 PM

A Lunar Eclipse occurs during a Full Moon, with our Earth positioned between the Sun and Moon. Full Moon Eclipses are doorways for release. The May 15/16 Lunar Eclipse lasts five hours and 19 minutes, with after-effects lasting six months.

Our sacred human hearts are positioned between the Sun and the Moon during this eclipse. Can you imagine the potency of this opportunity to let go of what no longer benefits us?

The word eclipse traditionally means to obscure. One celestial body covers the light of another celestial body. As we immerse into the 5th Dimension consciousness, it feels like we can enhance the language around eclipses. To me, eclipses represent a consummation of the Sun and the Moon. They come together in a Union that we humans know well, joining with the other.

This union is procreative and rich with the opportunity to be renewed in life.

May you take this opportunity to align your earthly nature between the Sun and the Moon. Even if you are sleeping during the eclipse time, it is possible to set an intention that you align your sacred heart, your body temple, and your will with the Divine Will through the cosmic dance of the Sun eclipsing the Moon with Earth in the middle. Absorb the rays. Listen, receive, intention, respect, and release.

I hope curiosity invites you on this journey. Graphics help imagination and inspiration conjure manifestation. The picture below gives the timeline for where I live on this planet. This URL links to a page where you can find the exact times of the eclipse path for your location.

During this Full Moon, consider calibrating your vertical and horizontal axes to receive the bursting potency of this time. If you know about the chakras, align with your charkas, from way above your head to below your feet. If you are not familiar with chakras, they are energy centers at the vertical core of our body. Here is a google search page to get you started.

Next, align your horizontal axis. Stretch out your arms as far as they will extend. Feel the alignment of your vertical and horizontal axes at the nexus point of where they come together within you. Feel the full extension of yourself within this cosmic moment.

Please note that your point of nexus between vertical and horizontal axes depends on what issue of personal development you are working on now. Your nexus point, where the two lines cross, might differ from your arms level.

Suppose you experiment with feeling your horizontal and vertical axes within you and stretch yourself to your full natural capacity. In that case, you are likely to experience how expansive life is for you. In 5D, the time for playing small, for hiding our light, is over. We are each needed to shine our brilliance into the world, to share our talents and capacities.

The last two weeks of every Lunar Cycle are about sharing who we are and what we have to offer. It is time to disseminate after the eclipse and until the next New Moon on May 30. Take your space and beam the new you that the releasing function of this Lunar Eclipse allows.

If you extend yourself to the natural boundaries of your fullest capacity, you will probably feel embodied. If you let go of what can be organically released through this eclipse, you are likely to feel empowered and sovereign. These are qualities of the 5th Dimension consciousness.

Yes, this aligning with the cosmos takes practice, maybe daily practice. It takes starting. Please bless yourself with the eclipse power of alignment and release that is cosmically available now. May your sacred heart open and find its pathway forward through this alignment and release.

Expanding into the Work

These times are more challenging than any of us could imagine. The ground is changing underneath us. Nothing is the same, and the new remains unfamiliar. While challenging, what is developing is brighter, fuller, freer, more creative, and enlivening than anything I have ever experienced prior.

I am here to help you move through challenges in this quantum shift to our 5D consciousness. You can schedule a time to discuss how we might work together here: calendly.com/aureal. Void of Course Moon Times this Week

Super short Void Moon times this week. Monday for two and one-half hours, Wednesday for eight hours, and those in the United States. This happens during the night. Daytime hours in Europe are affected by Wednesday’s Void Moon. Friday, less than one hour.

Even though the times are short, it still helps to stop trying to do business as usual during a Void Moon time because there is no form to contain the energy and the outcome is uncertain. When we have short Void Moon times, like this week, we can get on with the work. During the last half of the Lunar Cycle, that work is letting go, disseminating our wisdom and our work, emptying like the exhalation phase of the out-breath. It is a time to extend our arms out into the world with the beautiful creations and manifestations we have built up during the first half of the Lunar Cycles.

While multitudes of people live a Monday through Friday, 9-5, those time frames are not nature-driven. My soul, my life, and my work are nature-driven. Maybe yours, too. Please take a deep look at how you feel during Void Moons and track the outcome of work done. If you want to discuss further how you can embrace Void Moon times into your planning and scheduling, click here.

Void Moons: No form to contain the energy which feels free-floating and hard to focus. Heeding what your body wants during Void Moons — more internal focus, less external focus, and more stillness, quiet, and rest — are great ways to embody the Moon.

Moving into Fearless Territory

Second Quarter Moon Week, Sunday, May 8, 8:22 PM to Full Moon Eclipse, Monday, May 16, 2022, 12:15 AM EDT

While there are countless influences penetrating consciousness–galactic, cosmic, atmospheric, spiritual, physical, relational–the Sun/Moon phase angle, which determines the lunar phases, provides a framework, a skeletal structure, to absorb and assimilate these myriad influences.

The Sun/Moon phase angle orients us to life. It is a fundamental structure, operational since the beginning of life. The ‘progress’ of eons overrides our sensitivity to this innate, organic rhythm, and we may have become insensitive to its role and application.

Indigenous peoples live the power of the Sun/Moon phase angle, and we can, too. Native peoples know that the ebb and flow reflected in the night sky live within us as a navigational guide to living fearlessly. Our quantum leap into 5th Dimensional consciousness also takes us into fearless territory because, in 5D, there is no fear. Aligning with the Sun/Moon phase angle can help us release fear-based existence.

In this second week of this lunar cycle, we continue to build. This week gives us the ‘ready to burst open’ energy of growing our creative initiatives, hopes, and dreams to the Full Moon delivery point and the disseminating second half of the lunar cycle. We are like a blossom ready to burst into full bloom. That full blossoming occurs during the deeply transformational Full Moon eclipse on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 12:15 AM EDT.

Grasping the basics of what phase the Moon is in and feeling it within our body helps us navigate fearlessly, upright, and with higher consciousness. The Moon’s rhythms are like our human skeletal system giving us backbone and mobility. This week’s growth challenge, the friction that fuels our bursting open, involves creativity moving past stuckness. Live fearlessly, rooted in the structural integration of your worth.

Void of Course Moon Times this Week

This lunar week includes one long and two short void Moons. While the shorter Void Moon times allow for concentrated focus, the more extended Void Moon allows for much-needed rest and inner reflection. Taking this time can lead to greater productivity. See below for the Void Times this week, and convert to your timezone.

Long Void Moons can be considered “snow days.” I soak these days up because the experience is like the Universe telling me to let go and flow. I feel the lack of focus, the gravitational pull into quiet stillness, so it is not like I can effectively keep producing during these times, anyway.

With advanced knowledge of the Void Moon times, I plan and schedule. Self-employed, my work schedule is self-determined. And, because I have been burnt too many times when trying to be outwardly productive during a Void Moon time, I have learned to work around these Void times.

While multitudes of people live a Monday through Friday, 9-5, those time frames are not nature-driven. My soul, my life, and my work are nature-driven. Maybe yours, too. If so, please take a deep look at how you feel during Void Moons and track the outcome of work done. Void of Course Moon

The Void Moon times provide an easy workaround this week as they occur for less than 30 minutes to less than three hours this week. It’s a get-to-work week, especially as we start a new Lunar Cycle. However, the wisdom remains to avoid acting on essential ventures, like finalizing a work contract, or starting work with a new client during a Void Moon time, as outcomes can be void.

Void Moons: No form to contain the energy which feels free-floating and hard to focus. Heeding what your body wants during Void Moons — more internal focus, less external focus, and more stillness, quiet, and rest — are great ways to embody the Moon.

Lunar Watch this Week: Let Go and Slow

Fourth Quarter Moon Saturday, April 23, 7:57 AM

Acknowledging the link between inner and outer offers a golden ticket to peace. For eons, we have been conditioned, as humans, to override the inner experience at all costs. One way to align inner with outer is to recognize the link between our energy and cosmic energies.

It used to be that one could look at the Lunar calendar and equate energy levels according to the phase of the Moon or the void Moon. Now, we must factor in solar activity and plasma bursts as we energetically align with the cosmos. If we trust the body’s wisdom, we can slow and stop with less resistance than when a mindset of forcing through attempts to push through to stay in control.

Besides the Moon, other forces pulled us to a slowdown last week. If you track space weather alerts, you already know that last week was especially active with solar events like sunspots, solar flares, coronal mass ejections, and radio wave blackouts. It is unclear how these solar activities affect human physicality, yet they do. This past week, it felt like molasses was in my blood.

It’s Elemental

Our elemental constitution gives clues regarding how easy or challenging it is to let go and be slow. We each have a specific combination of earth, air, fire, and water energies. These natural qualities are based on the elemental make-up of cosmic energies in our birth chart. However, it is possible to recognize your elemental strong suit without looking at your birth chart. The elements represent who we are and how we show up in life.

People with predominant earth or fire energy want to keep going. Earth energy is determined and needs to see to believe. Earth energy people exercise regularly, are good with finances, and are practical. Fire energy combusts with passion and blazes through obstacles to reach the end goal. Fire energy people are creative, spiritual, enthusiastic, and confident.

It is easier for people with predominant water or air energy to float and flow. People with water energy are fluid, emotional, empathic, and resourceful, like water flowing around obstacles. People with air energy are communicators, abstract thinkers, and connectors. Air people do not need to see to believe. Water energy feels, and air energy floats on the abstract rather than the absolute.

One way to maintain a sense of stability in these challenging times is to honor the body. When it needs rest, please consider resting. Watch and observe how things still get done. Rest is part of the productivity cycle. Inspiration, deeper understanding, and connecting the dots can happen when we allow space and release from the tendencies of pressure and force.

If it is challenging for you to rest, consider resting in ways that allow you to still feel productive, like exercising in nature or doing something creative.

The body is timer now. Feel the pull to stillness in the blood and the bones. Let up on forcing forward in downstream times. Allow the cosmos to support your slowing and stopping.

This week, in the last phase of this Lunar Cycle, the Moon slows down. With the ebbing Lunar Tide, you will likely feel the pull to slow down and be still. If you feel that natural rhythm in your body, may you heed it and allow for the bounty that pausing can bring.

On April 30, 2022, the upcoming New Moon is a partial Solar Eclipse. Having inner and outer resources aligned helps maximize the potent eclipse energy.

We are stretching into versions of ourselves that are fuller than we could have imagined before this leap to 5D. I am here to help you move through challenges in this quantum shift. Schedule a time to discuss how we might work together at calendly.com/aureal. I also work with astrology in an innovative way that recognizes our bidirectional relationship with the planets. The Void Moon times this week are, again, brief. Please consider pacing yourself and your work effort during the times listed below. Efforts extended to vital projects can be wasted during Void Moon times. Work better suited to Void Moon times includes resting, daydreaming, filing, or catching up with work colleagues while taking a break.

Second Quarter Moon Phase Saturday, April 9, 2:48 AM EDT to Full Moon Saturday, April 16, 2:56 PM

On the third day of this Lunar Cycle, I woke around 1:00 AM and looked out through the bare yet budding trees onto the northwestern sky. The arcing crest of the Moon invited me to sink in and rest. I said yes. The experience was one of being cradled in unconditional love and acceptance. What I felt reflected long tide, the deep rest found in a craniosacral session, and other calming and quieting practices.

If you have experienced the sublime rest that comes through a craniosacral session, you know the cranial wave rhythm as a palpable inner experience. You know the deep, loving, gentle, internal pulse of filling up and emptying. The Moon also pulses this inner rhythm for us because our Moon and our bodies are fluidly linked. As Kimiya Healing writes, The long tide expresses through fluid in the body – most of our body is made of fluid.

If you have not had a craniosacral session, and are curious, try this: sit in a chair or lie down. Put your right hand at the level of your heart and your left hand two fingers below your navel. Take slow, deep breaths until you feel relaxed. This simple calming technique can bring your cranial rhythm into balance.

Once relaxed, put one hand on your forehead and the other at the base of your skull. Or, put your hands on the sides of your head, over your ears and temporal bones. Or lie on your left side, with your knees bent, like a fetal position. Place your left fingers on your cervical spine and your right fingers on your tailbone. With all these positionings, the pressure is as light as a feather.

These simple, self-calming techniques can bring you into stillness, where you feel the cranial wave of comfort, peace, love, and support. This self-induced calming can lead to knowing what to do next.

The gentle rocking of the long tide is what I felt when I accepted our Moon’s invitation to rest within Her. Since that third night, the Moon has become thicker as she builds to whole Light. We have one more week to solidify budding creations during this building half of the cycle.

Please consider taking time this week to slow down and feel our Moon cradling you as you create. Feel the slow, steady building of Light and watch how the Light bursts through you and out into our world.

Our Moon rocks us in an anchored gentleness that we have long been conditioned to forget. If you want to remember, allow the Moon’s beauty to fire up your Soul. Then, feel Her rhythms within your rhythm. This can take time and requires a patient habit of pattern recognition. Track what you feel over time in connection to the Moon and Her rhythms. Connect the dots.

These are troubling times, with uncertainty, confusion, and world conditions that are impossible to fathom. Once stable circumstances of work and relationships dissolve.

Despite present-day turbulence, embodying our ever-fluctuating Moon anchors us in perpetual change. May the building Light of our Moon cradle you into peace and prosperity. Being recognized, comforted, and soothed by the Moon leads to a direct experience of being loved. The direct experience of feeling loved leads to clarity about next steps. This process starts by seeing the Moon and allowing Her to see you. We live in a bidirectional universe.

Void of Course Moon Times this Week

The Void Moon Times are short this week, all under three hours. Even though they are brief, they still carry a magnetic pull to sink down and in. If you are not already doing so, please consider noticing the nebulous feeling that calls for stopping to rest and look inward.

New Moon Week Friday, April 1, 2:25 AM EDT to Saturday, April 9, 2:48 AM EDT

At the New Moon, we move from the formless state into form. This lunar cycle phase equates to the newborn human growth and development stage. We find our way into new life in infancy and at New Moons. This April 2022 New Moon emphasizes newness because it aligns with the start of a new seasonal cycle. Aries Sun, Aries Moon, new life budding forth. The exact time of the New Moon is 2:25 AM, EDT, April 1. Allow 24-36 hours to adjust to the newness as you emerge from the emptiness state into the formed state. Ask for what you need–ask your spiritual helpers and ask yourself. Get clear and present with those needs and then project those needs as already met. An Eileen Caddy quote posted in strategic places around my house states: “Expect your every need to be met, expect the answer to every problem, expect abundance on every level, expect to grow Spiritually. You are not living by Human laws. Expect Miracles and see them take place. Hold ever before you the thought of prosperity and abundance and know that doing so sets in motion forces that will bring it into being.” Please do not allow yourself to be distracted by what does not matter. As these are collectively traumatic times, please also set boundaries around the challenges that impact your heart, soul, and life. One of the most practical teachings I have ever received was from a Tibetan Buddhist Lama when he said, “Even a thought can help.” We are each activist in different ways. Know where your action lies and take it. The veil is sliver thin now. At this border of a New Moon and the edge of 5th Dimensional Consciousness, insights are quick, manifestation is instant, and the experience of embodied, co-creative power is alive. This New Moon awakens us more fully to whom we are, intuitive collaborators within a loving and responsive cosmos.

Real-Life Examples of the Potency of Now

Help is on the Way I bring a question into morning mediation. Images come through, and after meditation, I realize that there is probably a flower essence that matches the received image. An online search produces an exact match. The ordered essence arrives with the New Moon. I will keep you posted regarding outcomes once I use the flower essence. The felt experience is one of “Message received, help is on the way.” Just Waiting to be Asked In an online 2022 Spiritual Ancestors Retreat with Tanis Helliwell, Tanis posts a question, and, as participants, we go on a guided imagery meditation in search of responses. It is utterly astounding how ready and willing our invisible helpers are. All we have to do is ask. While I have been asking Angels, archangels, totems, crystals, elementals, spiritual and lineage ancestors, and all helpful guides and guardians for assistance my entire adult life, the response now is immediate. It is exceptional! At this border crossing into 5th Dimensional Consciousness and with the veil at the New Moon, now is the time to realize our collaborative power as spiritual beings having a human experience. If you are struggling with a conundrum, please consider asking your beneficent helpers for information on resolutions or next steps. They wait in the wings to be asked. We Must Do Our Part As mentioned in other blog posts, we are becoming beings of Light in this shift to 5D Consciousness. That means that the foods we used to eat may no longer be aligned with who we are becoming. We must shift with the shifting. If a behavior you are doing, the food you are eating, or a relationship you tolerate no longer holds resonance with the lighter, freer you, you have a choice. You can either release the outdated attachment or stay bogged down in the past. Over the decades since I have been tracking the 5th Dimensional Shift, I have had many dietary changes.  These changes come with a shift in identity. The time is now to complete those choices. It isn’t easy to let go of comfort food, of quick yet false satisfaction, for more fulfilling nourishment. With each “Yes, I hear and agree,” the choice gets reinforced with the instantaneous reward of living an intuitive life. Actively living this shift, embodying 5D has become part of my work. If I can help you move through the challenges as we shift to 5D Consciousness, consider scheduling a time to talk here at calendly.com/aureal. I also work with astrology in an innovative way that recognizes our bidirectional relationship with the planets. For more on this, check out: Information, Intuition, Integration. Void of Course Moon Times this Week

The Void Moon times this week are brief. For those in the United States and Canada Eastern Time Zones, we might lose the plot mid-morning on Saturday, April 2, for a few hours and again for most of the morning on Thursday, April 7. These Void Moon times affect those in Europe later in the day, during the afternoon and evening hours. Void Moons: No form to contain the energy which feels free-floating and hard to focus. Heeding what your body wants during Void Moons — more internal focus, less external focus, and more stillness, quiet, and rest — are great ways to embody the Moon. Fourth Quarter Week Friday, March 25, 1:38 AM, EDT

Fourth Quarter Week Friday, March 25, 1:38 AM, EDT to New Moon, April 1, 2022 2:25 AM

Is there anything more human than letting go? We grow, build, and accumulate, and poof, we must let it all go. The ever-constant need to release is inherent in being human. Attachments develop, though, and it is sometimes hard to let go.

This closing week of the Lunar Cycle provides a practice ground for letting go. We can let go of efforting, who we think we are, how we thought it would turn out, and relationships that once meant the world to us. We can let go of work that has become a drudge.

Letting go is a critical skill for accessing the 5th Dimensional consciousness. The energy field within and around us is changing to a light-filled experience. We can no longer carry the old baggage. We must release what no longer serves or interests us in this quantum leap of evolution. While the process of release can be excruciating, the post-release experience can be freeing.

This week, consider inviting expansion through letting go. Scan emotions, feelings, habits, choices, people, actions for what no longer serves you in the way they once did. Permit yourself to let go of what is outdated.

Allow the dissolving Light of the Moon, the approach of complete darkness, the energetic imprint of slowing down, to open the release valve on what no longer serves you. Release, and be ready in a week or ten days, with the next new Moon, to spiral up on that next turn of the arc of your life. Release, and become you.

 Suggested Ways for Letting Go

  1. Admit that it hurts
  2. Provide yourself with TLC for releasing what was once so important and valued
  3. Recognize through history, collective and personal, that release is the human process
  4. Maybe have a practice where you say with each breath, I breathe out, I release, then name what you are releasing
  5. The pain of releasing is replaced by Lightness of Being. Let that sensate experience in, with acknowledgment, when it comes

Embodying the Moon’s flow is one part of my work. Void of Course Moon Times this Week

Monday, March 28, brings an extended Void Moon time. Mondays can be challenging without a Void Moon and during a Void Moon Monday, forging ahead, especially in this last week of the Lunar Cycle, can result in a war of wills, yours and the Divine Will.

Cosmic timing is in play, and thought does not have access to all the puzzle pieces. Allow your body to be an intuitive navigator. What does the sensate body want and need? Ask the mind to stay out of it.

Resting is part of the productivity cycle, and information is power. Monday, March 28, because of the 4th Quarter Lunar week and a 14-hour Void Moon, is a day to listen deep from within and respect the dip in the doing.

What to do while you wait during a Void Moon

Take a walk ~ Take a nap ~  Daydream  ~ Write in your journal ~ Play  ~  Take a bubble-bath  ~  Clean your house, cupboards, closets, basement, office, files, computer files, old email  ~   Rest  ~ Do creative expressive play ~

Void Moons: No form to contain the energy which feels free-floating and hard to focus. Heeding what your body wants during Void Moons –more internal focus, less external focus, and more stillness, quiet, and rest –are great ways to embody the Moon.

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Saturday, March 26, 7:51 PM to 8:56 PM  EDT

Monday, March 28, 10:12 AM to 12:33 AM Tuesday, March 29 EDT

Thursday, March 31, 2:37 AM to 5:31 AM EDT

Blessed Be. May you have happy endings this week to prepare for New Moon’s new beginnings next week.

Second Quarter Moon Thursday, March 10, 5:46 AM

Second Quarter Moon Thursday, March 10, 5:46 AM

Relationship with Time represents one pillar of access into 5D Consciousness.

Like I wrote in the book 5D Ordinary Descriptions of an Extraordinary Shift, the Industrialist Barons used Time as a controlling mechanism. Despite this conditioning happened decades ago, many of us still live with the experience of Time as an external force. We look to devices outside of ourselves to tell Time, and we react to modern maladies like hurry sickness, overwork, and societal pressures to be on Time.

It is possible to release from Time as external control and open to Time as an inner experience that connects us and our bodies to nature.

From the decades-long work I have done extracting myself from mechanical Time, I know that freedom is restricted when Time controls us. Releasing from Time as external control and opening to Time as an inner experience leads us to the very core of freedom, nature. Our bodies radiate more of nature when we keep Time from within.

Please consider aligning with natural cycles as your timekeeper. Align with sunrises and sunsets; align with the Seasons; align with the ebb and flow of our Moon.

This lunar week we build toward the complete Light of a Full Moon. It is a fulfilling, becoming week, one where we meet our potential within.

Embodying natural time cycles is one part of the medicine that I carry. I feel the Moon’s rhythm within my body, particularly. If I can help you move through the challenges of opening to your body as Timer, as we shift to 5D Consciousness, consider scheduling a time to talk here https://calendly.com/aureal.

Void of Course Moon Times this Week

There is an 18-hour Void Moon on Tuesday, March 15. Historically, the Ides of March from Shakespeare’s time means to divide. In this time of cultural divide, perhaps we can use the Void Moon on Tuesday to come home to Self and soften the divisions within so that the divisions outside may be lessened, too.

Void Moons: No form to contain the energy which feels free-floating and hard to focus. Hearing what your body wants during Void Moons, generally, more internal focus than external focus and more stillness, quiet, and rest, are great ways to start embodying the Moon.

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Thursday, March 10, 11:43 AM to Friday, March 11, 2:25 AM

Sunday, March 13, 11:44 AM to 3:32 PM EDT

Tuesday, March 15, 6:56 AM to Wednesday, March 16, 12:59 AM EDT

Thursday, March 18 (Full Moon @ 3:18 AM) Void Moon 4:11 AM to 7:26 AM EDT

New Moon Week, Wednesday, March 2, 2022, 12:36 PM to Thursday, March 10, 5:46 AM

From 2006 until 2016, I dreamt of moving to Duluth, Minnesota, near Lake Superior. In 2016, the dream became manifest. I had visited Duluth every year, often multiple times, during each of those ten years. The draw for me was the magnificent Deva of the Lake.

That Deva is a being of profound Love. Pure and ever-present. Her Love sourced me during that decade and since, even though I have moved away from Duluth.

Known as one of the Great Lakes, Lake Superior is an inland sea. This body of water is so large that the opposite shore is not visible, and its depth opens an unfathomable experience of completeness. The Deva of Lake Superior resonates with an unlimited capacity of being. I often hang out in deep space through my work with astrology. Lake Superior and her Deva give the experience of deep space, terrestrially.

As you might imagine, what surrounds Lake Superior reflects the richness of her beauty and gifts. That blessed periphery includes the town and townspeople of Duluth.

Lake Superior Interfaith Community Church‘s positive reputation as an engaging community, free of hierarchy, warranted checking out. Each week, I discovered that the service included a community member or a regional influencer speaking on a topic covering the full spectrum of New Age spirituality. The services were richly nourishing, and I went every week.

One of my favourite parts of each week’s service was the beginning. We sang, in our ragtag voices, “Let There Be Peace on Each, and Let it Begin with Me.” The experience of us singing our hearts open with this song raised the room’s frequency to match the frequency of Love from the Lake Deva.

At the time of this New Moon, in Pisces, the sign of Universal Love, I offer this YouTube version of that song and invite you to sing with me, Let There Be Peace on Earth – Harlem Boys’ Choir – YouTube.

The first two weeks of a Lunar Cycle are about bringing in what we need to co-create what we want. These first two weeks represent the in-breath. During these next two weeks, consider breathing in Peace. Breath in what you need to live Peace.

While it may take some time to figure out what qualities you need to live in Peace, this is time well spent. Collective Peace begins within each of us, living Peace within ourselves.

The following is a short list of qualities that may precede your direct experience of Peace. If one of these resonates, consider taking a few minutes, morning and night, to breathe in Peace and breathe out what seemingly blocks your Peace. Allow the growing, glowing Moon to help you increase your stamina and resiliency for breathing in Peace.

Resisting Grace

Resisting Now

Forgiveness of Self or Other

Releasing Fear

Releasing Guilt

Releasing Shame or blame

As you breathe in Peace, you may notice that your inner wisdom suggests other qualities. For example, you breathe in Peace for a few minutes, and you hear the word confidence. Please consider allowing whatever comes to flow through you. This process of organic evolution happens as we shift into 5D Consciousness. We automatically attract what we need and release what no longer serves us.

The in-and-out breath and Moon’s ebb and flow help us naturally synchronize with this organic recycling.

Share in the comments or send me an email the words that come up for you as you unblock your direct experience of Peace.

Fourth Quarter of Lunar Cycle, Wednesday, February 23, 2022, 5:32 PM EST

Fourth Quarter of Lunar Cycle, Wednesday, February 23, 2022, 5:32 PM EST to  New Moon, March 2, 2022, 12:36 PM

There is forward movement since retrograde planets have turned direct and winter hibernation in North America ends. This week, though, the opportunity is to pause and reflect before the New Moon on Wednesday, March 2.

If you feel the slowdown as a sensate body experience, please celebrate that subtle awareness and consent to its call to stillness. Connecting with the cycles of nature, as our far back ancestors did, aligns with cosmic opportunities. It is not always opportune to move full steam ahead.

The magic of the Universe is often delivered by being in the right place at the right time. So, too, does being “on time” with the Universe. Our Moon teaches us this enduring rhythm of in and out, cycle upon cycle. Letting go of our conditioned relationship to Time – constantly staying in the actively producing mode — limits outcomes. Opening to Time as a felt experience allows for imagination to do its work and for inspiration to rouse us and for intuition to guide us.

Inspired imagination that ignites intuition is abundantly accessible when we align with the quiet, still, reflective geocosmic energy near the end of each Lunar Cycle. This week is one of those times.

The experience of aligning with the ebb and flow of the Moon is in our blood and bones. Simply aligning with the Moon’s cycle breaks us free from the false conditioning of Time as external control. That conditioned, in contrast to felt, relationship with Time wastes opportunity and limits possibility.

Slow your roll this week. Feel the pull to gravity as this Lunar Cycle comes to its end. It is okay to let go, and by doing so, we make room for the fresh starts that come with each New Moon.

Void of Course Moon Times this Week

The Void of Course Moon times this week are relatively short, except for the dark of the Dark Moon, the last day of this Lunar cycle when the Moon is void for 19 hours. (See the exact times below.) We are under the spell of a Dark Moon and a Void Moon. That day is prime Time to rest and tend to ultimate self-care and intuition gathering.
