3 Suggestions for Slowing Down

Feeling lost and confused lately? In our current, life-changing dimensional shift, everyone is challenged. Slowing down so that we can hear our own inner guidance is crucial. Self-care is key to slowing down. In slowing down, we change the conditioned, habitual patterning that causes us to stay busy, to force forward, to suppress the wisdom of our inner experience.

The 3rd Dimension was about drive and ambition. The 5th Dimension is mellower than that.  It no longer works to go outside of the present moment or to push for outcomes. In this new, multidimensional experience, the practices of overworking, overdoing, overthinking and staying busy agitate our functioning and get in the way of knowing what to do, when.

Why Slow Down?

Before we get to the 3 Suggestions for Slowing Down, let’s look at the value of slowing down.

We are no longer operating solely on the mental plane. We are being informed through our entire sensate experience; the channels of this receptivity are unique to each of us; some feel things, others see things, and others hear things, some can know by touch.  Some people are open to the signs that come their way as they travel through their day. The change, now, is that we can no longer think our way through something. Our minds do not have all of the information. If we open to the knowing that comes through our sensate experiences, we get a bigger, clearer picture, as well as a sense of timing. For instance, we might know that we do not yet have all the information that is needed to discern an optimal choice; we might be getting the information to wait.

The 5th Dimension is a multidimensional experience, opening us to a greater reality than is possible within the confines of the 3rd and 4th Dimensions. The 5th Dimension is also a portal to even higher dimensional frequencies. In order to access information that comes to us through our body’s connection with this Living Field of Love and Energy (Possibility) and Knowing, we have to be still.  We have to allow for space in the gaps of our doing.

There are rhythms in nature and there are rhythms within our bodies; we are not 24/7 machines like the ATM at the end of your street. We cycle and ebb and flow and we need good, quality sleep, rest and play and relaxation for optimal functioning. These are some of the reasons why it is helpful to slow down.

Another reason to slow down is that in the 5th Dimension, fear is released. Much of our constant activity is based on fear – deadlines, enough money in the bank, external approval from a boss or a team. You have probably heard this many times, fear has no essence. One of our earlier US Presidents even said this, “Nothing to fear but fear itself.” Our 3rd Dimension experiences were so fear- based that it takes a long, long time, to get this as a truth: fear is a control mechanism and can be released.  One way we release fear is by staying in the present moment.  This is a whole other blog topic, maybe for another time.

For now, the focus is on slowing down. If you have a wiry type body, what is known in the Ayurvedic tradition as a Vata body, or if you were born in the first half of the Lunar Cycle, the waxing Moon from New Moon to Full Moon, then you probably do have an innate orientation to high energy levels.  Your natural state might be motion, however, every living organism has ebb and flow rhythms. For those with heavier body types and those born in the waning Moon, from Full to the end of the Lunar Cycle, slowing down for you might mean taking to the bed occasionally.

Slowing down is a vital skill set for everyone in this shift from 3D to 5D.  The slowing down might look different for you than it does for a loved one or a friend, so please allow comparisons and judgement to fly out the window as you explore your own experiences of slowing down.

The 3 Suggestions for Slowing Down

We change through learning and we learn by doing. To rewire prior conditioning of habitual busyness, accept that learning to slow down takes practice, every day and through multiple, experiential ways.

  1. For part of your daily routine, whether it is in the morning as you wake up or before you go to bed, or during your commute to or from work, be silent, free of radio, tunes, TV. Try this for 5 to 10 minutes and just be still and contemplative as you go about your activity. Notice your breathing, notice your emotion. If fear or anxiety come up, by all means turn on the sounds, however, also try to slow breath through any surfacing anxiety.  If you do experience peace through this practice of a sound stimulation-free time, gradually add minutes, maybe upping your “in silence” time to 30 minutes or longer.

The point of this practice is to increase the comfort level with silence so that, over time, there is more familiarity with listening to intuition and the sensate informing that comes through the living energy field around us.

  1. Consider exploring adding an herbal tea to your daily intake. Or, consider the use of aromatherapy to help still your active mind and body. Some common herbs have a soothing effect and support the body in calming down.  You can research these through many sources. If you go to a health food store, you might be able to buy a small amount of an herb you would like to try from their bulk herb section.

Aromatherapy works on the primitive brain and its use can have an immediate calming effect. Explore aromatherapy options, they come in roll on applicators, creams that you can rub into your wrist, or in essential oils. Sniffing something like a rose oil can have an immediate calming effect to a stressed body. Research aromas that call to you.  Please note that many products used in aromatherapy might not be safe for use with children.  Consult references or professionals to learn more.

Allowing the body to calm, through use of an herbal tea or through the sense of smell, can have a direct effect on slowing down the mind. If it calls to you to use herbs or aromatherapy, practice using them regularly, maybe a couple of times each week over a period of some months. Consistent experiential learning can groove a new imprint.

  1. The last suggestion is to snatch moments through the day and practice slowing down.  For instance, between tasks that you do, stop for 3 to 5 minutes, stretch if you can, close your eyes, breath deep, simply stop.  Taking mini breaks like this throughout the day will recalibrate the mindset of keeping going.  A few ideas for integrating a habit of stopping include: after a meeting, go into the bathroom if you have no other place of privacy and take a few minutes to relax the muscles in your body, relax your face by smiling, even though you might not feel like it, close your eyes, massage your hands, rotate your shoulders, your wrists and your ankles. Look out the window for a few uninterrupted minutes and allow your thoughts to float like the clouds.  Acknowledge when your mind and body need a short break and give them what they want. Consciously assist in the recalibration from overdoing into conscious listening to your own inner experience.

Slowing down is a learned experience, built through trial and error, consistent practice and the cumulative joy that living a slowed down life brings. Please let me know, through the comments section below, how you are slowing down now and how that feels to you.

Flickers of Intuitive Knowing

There is an entrance and an exit door in the heated garage I use here in the North Country. As I was leaving the other day, a thought traipsed through my consciousness, suggesting that I go out the entrance way. I was fully conscious of this thought, yet I ignored it. I pulled out of the parking space and headed toward the exit door, only to find my way blocked by an orange cone. I had to back up, turn around and go out the in door.

I HATE when I ignore my intuition. My heart sinks that I didn’t listen, my body slumps and my awareness is in awe of the efficiency, power and love of intuition.

I have aligned my life and work with intuition because I do not like to waste time, energy or resources. Efficiency is prime life experience for me; I like to keep going forward and not have to retrace steps or redo things that I have already done. When I don’t listen, I am always taken aback, humbled. Humbled by arrogance, letting the conscious mind rule, when the super conscious mind is trying to make my life easier. I am humbled by the experience of intuitive knowing. How does it happen? How does the field around me sift information to me? How does the field around me inform me of choices that are more efficient and could make my life easier? How does walking out to my car and having the thought, go the other way, work? I have no answers for those questions. Maybe, sometime my intuition, or hard science, will tell me.

Intuition, in my experience, is living awareness that consistently tries to connect with me. Without knowing the mechanics of how intuition works, the question I am left with this, is How to listen?

The example I share here was a flicker of knowing. All that I had to do was receive as credible that flicker of knowing that went against the grain of normal. All I had to do was say maybe, and turn my head in the direction of the out door and see that orange cone. I would have had a whole different visceral experience if I had done that; I would be rejoicing that I heard and heeded invisible energy that tries to support me. Instead, everything inside me sank, my heart, my physicality, my sense of attunement with the world around me.

I was already going to arrive at my destination past the start time, and this experience took another five minutes or so. It is a small matter, however, it felt devastating to me for the lost opportunity of receiving the gift of this flicking knowing. Whatever is responsible for the mechanics of intuition, the energy field around me was trying to help. In stubbornness, and with a closed mind, I resisted. My whole being felt the loss of connection to help as a result of this resistance.

We all want to be intuitively aware in times of danger; we all want to follow the nudge that says go left instead of right and we avoid physical danger by doing so. We all want to heed the intuitive nudge that prompts us to take this exit instead of that one and we later learn of a vehicular accident at the exit we avoided. We all want to heed the intuitive pull that says stop in here for a coffee and we meet the love of our life. We all want that, yes? It is the little urgings, the small flickers, the minute nudges that lead up to those bigger intuitive payoffs.

This is not the first time that I have missed a small flicker of intuitive knowing. The whole of me plunges every time that it happens. I long for the rectification of this resistance. I want to know every time that I am listening, hearing, accepting the help, the ease that is offered.

It is my experience that aligning with the cycles of nature deepen the experience of intuitive knowing. Aligning with natural cycles is not all that is involved, though, for living an intuitive life. Despite decades of aligning with natural cycles, my mind still resists; ignores, declines an intuitive flicker of knowing.

Every time one of these resistances happen, I am renewed again in my passion to listen, to not lead with mind; to be open to the sensate help that comes through the informing field around me. Listening at this level involves dissolving hubris that my mind knows. It involves opening to possibility, to maybe instead of no. It involves daily practice. It involves going past mind and opening to the entire sensate experience as receiver of information of value.

If this is a journey that you are on, too, living an intuitive life, do join in the comments section regarding your intuitive listening experiences.

Serendipity in contrast to Synchronicity

In the personal dark moon, the gravitational pull to rest is strong and counter balances habituated conditioning to keep going. I have just transitioned through my personal dark Moon and in that time, a three day period, I relaxed into exploring what intrigues me.

What intrigues me is often fed by the inclusive content of Sharon-Ann Riley’s New Earth Library blog. Here, she rounds up the latest postings from people actively working with the frequency shift into the 5th Dimension.

One of the listings on Sharon’s blog on Sunday, January 3, 2016 included a posting titled Quantum Flub, Cold Coming. The words “cold coming” caught my eye because I live in a cold climate and despite it being winter, I would like to stay warm. The link brought me to a youtube video of a daily space weather report posted by Suspicious Observers. As I viewed this first video I was intrigued by the mention within it of the vacuum catastrophe, and I watched a referenced video on this subject, also by Suspicious Observers. After watching that second video, youtube automatically followed up with another vacuum catastrophe video posted by John Ten and covering a portion of a lecture by the renown physicist, Nassim Haramein. This is the video to which I draw your attention.

What strikes me in Nassim Haramein’s Vacuum Catastrophe video is when he says that the understanding of “creating your own reality” is missing a feedback loop. In his words, yes, we do create our own reality and, he adds, reality also creates us. This missing feedback loop of reality creating us occurs through an exchange; what we are feeding the field is met with what the field is feeding back to us, basically, consensus reality. Morphic field involves unified systems, like cells and organs organizing into the human body as one example, and the consensual reality of a group, as another example. A definition of morphic field can be found here.

The mention of morphic field and consensual reality captured my attention because in a class on abundance that I took some years ago, one of the techniques that the teacher generously shared with us is to connect with the morphic field when we want to materialize or manifest something. For instance, if you wish to be a great artist, connect with the great artists in your field who have gone before you and have achieved success. One example of how to do this is to consciously connect with the people who have excelled in your field, living or deceased, and say something like: “As I embark on this endeavor, I call on all the masters who have gone before, — it would help to name them specifically — I join this morphic field. This is not to say that you are a master artist yourself, simply that you are joining, energetically, the community of people who have mastered what you want to do.

You can explore other ways to activate your conscious connection with morphic fields to better engage in the feedback loop of what you are putting into the field and what you are getting back from consensual reality. I imagine that this process takes practice and a playful, stress-free approach.

Apparently, there is potency in joining the energetic, vibrational, frequency field of success or health or wealth or what ever it is you wish to materialize. For instance, someone wishing for better health might connect with the morphic field of all of those who live with full health and happiness. Or if you want to connect with wealth, perhaps you might invoke the morphic field of those who are wealthy and with kind heart and awake consciousness.

Energy knows no bounds, there are no distinctions in time or space; connecting with the morphic field of those who have had success in the endeavors you wish to pursue might be the missing feedback loop, as Nassim Haramein suggests, in living the life that you want for yourself. What working with the morphic field suggests to me is a 5 Dimension way of living because it connects and it harmonizes.

The title of this post is Serendipity in contrast to Synchronicity and it is this train of thought that prompted me to write about this this experience. In my Personal Dark Moon phase, relaxed and reflecting, I found information that felt like a serendipitous gift. This finding opened my consciousness to the experience of a positive feedback loop with the Cosmos. Yes, I could say that this was a synchronous finding and I often write about synchronicity which is a matter of cohesive timing, an intersection. Finding out about the vacuum catastrophe, with its reminder of the power of the morphic field feels different than a synchronous event; it feels serendipitous. Serendipity feels like a treat.

How has serendipity connected with you lately?

Detoxing Into Light

The Shift happened and it is great.  I went on a pilgrimage to Lake Superior in Duluth and the personal healing that happened and the treasures that were offered as gifts from The Lake are amazing, profound and quite effective for moving through next steps.

One of those next steps is a detox, a releasing of what no longer works in clearing the way for more presence in the moment.

While I was in Minnesota, I went to my favorite grocery store, Mississippi Market, on 7th Avenue in St. Paul and had a Lemon Pizazz.  I had heard of this drink before, yet had not had it or made it for myself.  It is the recipe of lemon water, ginger, cayenne pepper and honey. Mississippi Market’s version was fantastic and I have been making the drink almost daily for myself, at home.

Who knew that cayenne pepper was such an aid in detoxing — releasing what is no longer needed for the body.  I am not prescribing for anyone, only sharing that I am finding this drink to be a great way of self care and releasing. I am finding that cayenne pepper helps with circulation and releasing stuckness from the gastrointestinal track. This is certainly a feel good drink!

Since I have returned from 12.21.12 pilgrimage, I have also found The Alkaline Sisters and what a find they are! Waking up my need for a higher percentage of alkaline foods in my diet, for wellness, is a great adventure.  Through the years I have found that changing one’s diet changes one’s identity.  I am not finding that change in identity so much now as I rely on their alkaline food chart to make dietary choices.  Moving from acid foods to more alkaline foods does represent a major change for me, however I think it is because the new ways are here, the New Dimensional Living, is here and it is not so much a stretch to live who we are becoming now, it is easier.  Are you finding that, too?

The other aspect with this detox that I am experiencing at the beginning of 2013 is that memories are releasing from my consciousness as I detox my body.  I have done longer fasts before and  remember that memory release was the case then, too. It was more emotional then, more wrenching. Now though,  I wake in the morning with old  memories spilling out from consciousness, muscle memory, organ memory and psyche. I acknowledge those memory experiences and drop them like weight no longer needed.

As James Brown sings, I Feel Good…..

How about you, what is your releasing process as we take first steps into our New Life?

New Clothes

somebody's clothes
The Great Shift of 2012 brings anticipated change: greater sense of community, greater sense of creativity, greater experience of confidence and trust, greater synchronization with Life, greater fun, more smiles, greater joy.  An unexpected change that the Great Shift is bringing to me is a need for new clothes. The old clothes have worn out, not in cloth, rather they have worn out in that they no longer represent the vibrational frequencies that I am becoming.  This need for new clothes is a surprise, and a part of the New Field shift that I did not anticipate.
The other day I was putting on a piece of my favorite clothing and I could barely stand to finish putting it on. The vibration of the piece no longer matched me and this awareness came all of a sudden. This piece of clothing is about three years old, has been a go-to piece, a favoured regular in my rotation of dressing.  I looked at other choices and those options did not resonate with me, either. Then, it dawned on me, that as I am changing, shedding old layers of adaptation and  shifting into a freeness of being, the old clothes no longer work for me.
Everything carries a vibration and clothes carry our vibration. If I am putting on a piece of clothing that did serve me well, however,  no longer holds resonance for who I am now, there is feeling of discordance.  Discordance on the outer level seeps into the inner level, zapping energy, spontaneity, creativity and happiness and joy. In all ways I say yes to supporting the revelatory essence of my possibility,  the expressively creative, artistic, fun, connected being that I am becoming. Wearing a different kind of clothing seems to be a next step in my self-supportive process.
I have not yet started to shop for my new wardrobe yet, however, I get the feeling that I am going to be looking for a change in style, not just new clothes.  Maybe I will even have to look in new shops, not the ones I usually use, to find the new clothes that are a resonant match for me.  I suspect I will be wearing new colours, too.
Buying new clothes does not, necessarily, have to cost a lot of money. Throughout my life, I have found that when the need is authentic, the resources are around. The point, really, is to wear clothing that supports me to be me.
Everything is shifting in this time of unprecedented change.  If you find that your clothes are no longer a resonant fit with whom you are becoming, listen. I trust, implicitly, that the majic in the universe and the majic of saying yes to your inner knowing will help you find the resources, the colours and the clothing that help you tidal wave into the new you. Intuition Takes Patience

[auro] via Compfight

While doing the laundry last evening, I received an intuitive hit to not start the dryer yet.  While I was hanging up  clothes that I air dry, I found a tee shirt that I could put in the dryer.  I went back to the dryer, added that tee to the clothes already there and pressed start. I was heartened that I listened, because even after decades of working with intuition, every experience of intuitive awareness represents an awakening, a cosmic heart kiss.

This example represents a little thing, yet that is how intuition works and how, by paying attention to these little things, we begin to recognize and trust our intuition so that we can work with it effectively for bigger life choices.

What was new in this experience was the awareness that intuition takes patience. Rather than getting on with starting the dryer so that I could move to the next task, I had to wait.  In the waiting I found that I missed one shirt that could have been added to the drying load.  A little twinge inside said wait, and I listened.

I saved time and energy by not starting and then having to stop and restart the dryer, and though it was only moments that I saved, it was a savings.  Saving resources, not wasting time, is one of the biggest advantages of living an intuitive life. Using intuition, I do not have to retrace my steps or redo things. I do have to listen, acknowledge and accept that being informed comes from body listening, not mind listening.

We are in challenging times now, with the end of the Mayan Calendar, about to begin a new mega cycle of Time. There is a great shift happening and this shift represents releasing and realigning of internal energy patterns. It is my feeling and experience that intuition leads the way as a means of navigating this great change.  We can no longer trust the mind to help us discern life’s call to make choices.  Intuition guides the way and while we all have intuitive knowing, it takes practice to identify our own intuitive language and patience to listen and develop trust in our guiding frequencies.

I encourage you to practice living your life intuitively. If you are looking at ways to help strengthen your practice and patience living life intuitively, there are a variety of choices in ways that we can work together.   Contact me to discuss the options, such as intuitive sessions,  Natural Time Alignment sessions or classes.

Life, Relaxed

Hypnotic Waves

Valentina_A via Compfight

The other day I saw an interesting article on time/space photography.  The image of  compressed time waves especially speaks to me as this is what life has been feeling like since I last wrote in this blog. There is movement, however, the dimensional aspect of movement has shifted. This shift changes everything: my priorities,  focus and choices. What matters now is how to stretch into expanded dimensional living.  The “how to” that I have found is to relax.

Seventeen years ago, I was teaching classes on Deep Relaxation.  In this current experience, though, relaxation is of a whole other  quality and has a different vibrational frequency.  The relaxation now is of a more complete experience as it reverberates through me on so many levels, including past, present and future. What used to be experienced as jarring events of life are now met with a calm spaciousness that is feed by Earth up through my feet, legs, root and belly, and a surrounding by an almost perceptible Field of Love and Spaciousness and guided inspirations and support of permeating Light frequencies. Please know that I have been working on this development through many past lives and certainly since I was 18 years old in this lifetime and started my being fulfillment quest.  I have been working more consciously on integrating this shift since the Harmonic Convergence of August 1987.  We are now at the culmination of that great cycle of shift and the payoffs are here.

I have accepted the challenge, invitation, and the opportunity, to live life relaxed.  Events don’t change, it is my response to them.  I am digging in deeper into the well and resources of  Animate Life rather than digging in with a willful response to life. When I say events of life, I am talking about having been robbed, doing without things that were important to me and were stolen in that robbery. I am talking about the abrupt and unforeseen ending to a beloved 12 year friendship. I am talking about penny pinching challenges in relation to the financial side of life.

Over the past months, the shift has been subtle, yet quantum.  I started out aware that I wanted to move from a negative view of life into a positive view of life.  My intimates were surprised by this shift in focus, because I had been relatively positive in my life.  There is a pattern of blaming that I admit to and there was a prevailing sense of not belonging.  In this new field, new time, the sense of belonging has been met and with it a sense of abundance and joy or positivity. I saw a home decoration piece at a local store recently and one of the slogans on the sign said “Enjoy without Complaint.”  What a concept! Resonance with that phrase freed me of a negativity that no longer fit who I am.

There are  components to this higher capacity relaxation that I currently embrace:

  • Trust in Self
  • Trust in Universe
  • Stay Present
  • Breathe
  • Smile
  • Accept
  • Listen to your body and with it needs
  • Listen to your emotions and what they need
Each moment reveals how Life invites you to relax. If you would like intuitive support for living your life relaxed, contact me. I am experienced in this relaxation response to life and may be able to help you relax.

5 D Living

Stuart Williams via Compfight

The time between these two eclipses, the New Moon, or Solar Eclipse, of May 20 2012 and the Full Moon, or Lunar Eclipse, of June 4 2012 increases the capacity for self-care.  I have taken the Cosmos up on this generous offer and had a stretch of six consecutive days I devoted to creative fulfillment.  At the beginning of this creative stretch, I had to decompress and ease into this open space of time.  I read a mystery as a way to start relaxing, and I slept a lot.  Once restored, I stressed about how to start.  Sitting on the porch with my ipad, I had the inspiration to start with catching up on the bookmarks I made over the past two months.  This was a wise choice, as it took me on a serendipitous journey of self-healing and creative fulfillment.

The first stop in my bookmarks was about the memory of water. As an intuitive, I get that the function of water is connection.   Water is an extremely powerful link in our humanity,  from self-to-self, self-to-other and self-to-planet. Water is both soft, in that it flows through any obstruction, and it is hard, in that it can wear down rock.  I reviewed the memory of water videos on youtube and that pulled me back to work I had known,  the work of Masaru Emoto and his Messages from Water. This work represents profound energy medicine, in that water crystals reflect what we see, feel, hear and say.  Then I remembered what my friend Marifran Korb shared with me some time ago.  Marifran writes the quality she wants for that day on a piece of paper and attaches that paper to her water glass for the day. Since her work is about relationship, she often writes words like “peace” and “harmony,” to imprint the water she drinks.

From this imprinting perspective of water,  we might as well put into it what we want, in order to maximize help from the universe. I am inputting words like clarity, creative fulfillment, connection, money, because those are the qualities I want these days. Water does take the shape of what is around it, so if I put in what I want, it seems I have more of a chance for a match.  I am also experimenting with imprinting vocalizations of the words rather than taping them to the glass, as that way seems easier and more portable.  If you experiment with this technique, let me know how it goes!

Next on my journey through the bookmarks, I found decluttering information.  That word, “declutter”, does not work for me.  I prefer clearing space, so that is the term I use here. The bookmark lead to the work of Sue Rasmussen, a resource my friend Marifran suggested to me, and Sue’s work seems to be a real find.  I love the aesthetic of  her website and the page I had bookmarked had a quote from Suze Orman that struck right to the heart of what I was trying to do during this six day creative lark, clear my living space and energy field for creative fulfillment that financially satisfies.  The quote says, “If you have debt I’m willing to bet that general clutter is a problem for you too.”

Holding on to things I do not use and do not need has been a challenge throughout my life.  According to astrological and indigenous peoples’ theory, I am a fixed or holding type, out of the three possible types.  These types are called the modalities in astrology and modus operandi within indigenous cultures.  The three types are cardinal or initiating, fixed or holding and mutable or integrating.  We need all three capacities for living, however, we are often strongest in one particular type and therein lie our challenges.  With a fixed nature, I am able to see things through to completion, I have tenacity, however, letting go and not holding on represent challenges.  Going into this six day stretch I consciously knew that the work before me was to clear my office space so that I could make room for writing that I long to do, and other creative work.  In my conceptual mind, and my physical body, this work felt like crossing the mountain and I had no clue of how I was going to get there.  I did get there, I rejoice to say, however, there was a step in between.

Whether it was thinking about water and what we put into our bodies or whether it was thinking about the clogging clutter of extra body weight, I found myself thinking about food choices. I went to a book that I love and use often Paul Pitchford’s Healing with Whole Foods.  Throughout the years, I have known that I have a “damp” constitution from the perspective of Chinese Medicine.  Pitchford’s book is full of information about right foods to eat for our particular constitutions and I spent time revisiting that information. Clarity was one of the words that I infused into my drinking water, so maybe that is how the awareness arose.  Anyway, I got it that I need to eat more vegetables.  Cooking is not a favored task of mine and I like to eat easy. Cooking vegetables is simple enough so I  said yes to change, went vegetable shopping and cleared space in my life to change how and what I eat.  I want more chi in my life, I want energy and that green, animated source of living.

What I experienced in this six day stretch is that we no longer live solely in the third and fourth dimensions.  With 2012 and the accumulated awakening since the Harmonic Convergence of August 1987, an event I participated in by ritual and have been participating every step of the way to now, we have access to life lived with 5D awareness. This 5th Dimension awareness accepts conscious flow as a way of life, a partnership of body, mind, spirit and soul with Universe Consciousness.  It is LIFE!, here on earth, now. This way of living involves letting go of “shoulds”, of mind directions and forcings and instead,  flowing with subtleties within and around us, those cues and clues from an integrated partnership with Universe.  This kind of living takes trust.  With 2012, we have passed a threshold, though, and we can say yes to the new ways or we can stay stuck. Uck!

As I reach the end of my six day creative stretch, I have a humongous recycle bin filled to the brim with office papers I had clung to, clogging my creative and spatial arteries. As I plan and eat meals of life-giving vegetables, energy and consciousness shifts.  What I am aware of is that I cannot find the fulfillment I seek by doing things the old way.  There is a serendipity of following the current, that which calls our attention.  Each spark of interest legitimately leads to more data and another spot in the water course.  This past six days I get it, how to trust and live in 5D awareness. I am a great listener and in this sacred time between the eclipses, I heard, and lived, the flow of 5D living.

Flowing with the water current is great, and I invite you to join me.   If you are looking for your own similar adventure, of  how to follow the cues and clues of your own unfolding awareness, consider  sessions with me where we work in partnership to unfold your soul’s journey.

On a recent 80% humidity afternoon, after a long day’s work, I set out in search of organic bing cherries, a produce that is in short supply this season because of the heavy spring rains. I was in a daze from the heat and humidity and under the best of circumstances, my directional abilities are challenged. On this particular day, I drove past an exit and didn’t realize it. I kept going and missed another exit. I eventually ended up on a stretch of highway that led me home, however, miles away from my intended destination, the part of town that was likely to have organic cherries. It was around 7 PM on a Saturday evening and the sweltering heat deterred me from driving further in search of the cherries.

As I looped on to the exit and headed home, I saw a store that I shop at infrequently. I decided to stop there and see what kind of organic produce they might have. As I entered the produce section, I saw overflowing bags of deep ruby red organic cherries. With gratitude and delight, I hooped and hollered a victory dance! I bought three bags and one week later, I am still enjoying these cherries.

Has this happened to you, where you set out for something, encounter a detour, get frustrated and then realize what is playing out is actually for the better? Despite “getting lost,” I did meet up with what I was after. I have no idea if the stores I originally planned to shop that day would have yielded organic cherries. I did go to those stores the next day and they had none.

As someone who works with energy frequencies and the vibrational wisdom of the body, this is an example of how the sensate body, and not the mind, is pilot these days. I accomplished my mission because I surrendered to a part of me that was in sync with the larger field. Despite “getting lost,” that larger field directed me to where the organic cherries were, even though my conscious mind thought I had to look for them elsewhere.

It felt to me like majic at play. In reality, an interplay of seen and unseen, known and unknown, fulfills authentic needs and wants.  I had an authentic want for organic, hard-to-find produce. Somehow, my body and soul, in connection with the larger energy field, knew what my mind didn’t – where the organic cherries were for me that day. I just had to let go of what I thought I knew and open to receive what I had wanted.

As I embrace living an intutive life, I am better served when I let go of self-recrimination, negative self-talk such as blame for missing an exit, and open to the mystery, majic and abundance of what is actually unfolding.
