It’s Time for Layering

The potency of this Time is palpable. I am curious to hear how you are feeling it; for me, the potency feels like a bubbling brew stirring in the cauldron as we wait, and then wait some more.

There is a busyness in this season, especially during the first month of Fall.  While that busyness plays out on one dimension of consciousness, it seems there is a pull toward another layer of consciousness, transposed over the busy layer. This overlay is of stillness.

With the shift to the 5th Dimension, it seems that we are calmer, slower, more deliberate and conscious in our lives and choices than ever before. While the Fall season stirs with activity, it feels that this overlay of stillness brings calm, patience and serenity. This new layer of observing, in contrast to reacting, vibrates with a frequency that All is Well, and that, accepting responsibility, we are the authority within our own lives.

During Fall in the Western Hemisphere, we start layering sweaters and jackets over our clothes. In this Evolutionary Time, it is much the same. We are overlaying normal consciousness with higher frequencies. This overlay allows for calm observance of daily life and a panoramic view of previously unseen possibilities.

If things are not as you want, a vital key is to be crystal clear, and consistent, with what you do want. One way to do this is to open your Second Chakra, between your naval and perineum, in the lower abdomen. Open this area with breath, colour, Light, Movement and Love. The Second Chakra is about what we want and when the tissue, muscle and fascia there is tight, contracted and constricted, it is hard to materialize what we do want. Relax the lower belly; rub it like a genie!

Perhaps this functional overlay is part of the fusion of Light and Life on Earth; perhaps it is the multidimensional spectrum of integration, or interplay, between the 3rd and 5th Dimensions.  There is more light, more translucence within the physical experience now; while we remain grounded on Earth, we are becoming less dense, more Light. This lightening allows for greater awareness of other possibilities and more freedom of choice.

It goes without saying that one cannot enjoy the overlay and still listen to, read or get caught up in mainstream news. Some of us have answered the call to not be pulled into the drama playing out within the world, Instead, we tune into the rising frequencies. Cutting off from the news, you will still hear and learn what is happening. You just have, by choice, more lift in the sky for an enhanced view.

The Spaciousness of No Judgement

Pattern recognition comes in little slips of awareness when light shines upon shadow, revealing habituated responses that no longer serve us. With so much Light filtering into Life now, pattern recognition presents as an ongoing opportunity.

For me, pattern recognition awareness has been about judgement. In the Western world, we are indoctrinated, through commercials and advertising, especially, to look for and choose perfection.  Life is not like that; we are unique, beautiful individuals in our own right, however, often far from the ideal of beauty and perfection.

I have been aware of how opinions pop into my consciousness as I encounter other people, strangers, especially. This is not my, or anyone else’s, True Nature. We have been conditioned and programmed to be competitive and comparing, judging others over things that are none of our business and do not matter. For me, and maybe for you, this habituated response of judgment no longer works.

What is it like to encounter strangers without having an opinion or a judgement pop into consciousness?  What is it like to simply encounter others and have a wide open, not preconceived, not conditioned response? This is the current, life- changing assignment that I have chosen to accept.

In the few times I have been free from conditioned response, the experience is spacious and liberating.  My direct experience is not blocked by a limiting opinion; the unconditioned response does not take precious seconds from my life by having a judgement about what someone is wearing or how their hips look. Instead, my consciousness is free of distraction and clutter, open to downloading my own possibilities.

From focused work on accessing this shift to 5D, it is clear to me that living in the present moment is key. When my automatic response to seeing another human being is an opinion or judgement, I am not in the moment. I am bringing baggage from some programmed pre-conditioning that is neither true to me nor to Life.

Having such conditioned responses is a monumental waste of time and resources. I want the freedom that is reflected in a Montana sky or the view of a Wyoming ranch or a gaze across the Great Lake Superior.  I want open, unrestricted, unfettered, unbounded consciousness.

To have this unconditioned consciousness when encountering others means that I keep my mind free, open and clear.  It means when an opinion pops into consciousness, I give it no air time. I breathe and bring my consciousness back to empty where I can catch messages of inspiration, information and guidance for my own life.

Changing this conditioned patterning is going to take deep and consistent practice. It is going to take constant reminders; it is going to take wiping the slate clean of gossip, of magazine and online ads that suggest perfection, of commercials that lie.

I say yes to this change because having opinions and conditioned responses strangle me and I cannot take it anymore.  There is another way. The 5th, and higher, Dimensions invite this kind of freedom shift. This Now provides the Light to see outdated patterns and our Souls reach for the Light. We always have free will regarding personal choices. Once we hear the clarion bell, “Look at this!” how do we choose, yes, or no?

My choice is yes.  With gratitude for seeing the pervasive pattern of judging, I say yes to a free, truer way to live. How about you? All That Jazz

The rubber met the road this week.

I am taking Dana Mrkich’s course, Create a Life you Love, and in this first week, I see that if I want sustainable change, I have to shift my vibrational frequency throughout the whole of my life.

This truth came through as a direct experience the other day while I was riding along, listening to news on NPR.  The segment was about US politics and I could not listen anymore. It was a life or death choice, really – did I want to accept the challenge and up my frequency or did I want to keep wallowing in what depressed me?

I did make a clean break and turned the radio off. I suspect the potent intensity of the 3 eclipses has something to do with this choice now, along with Dana’s excellent teaching.

In making the choice to stop listening to news, an unfolding sequence was set into play. Some years ago, I asked myself, “What would my life be like if I listened to jazz?” I imagined that my life, if I choose to listen to jazz, would be freer, happier and wilder in a creative and improvisational way. Riskier! I imagined, with jazz, there would be more fluid motion in my life.

A couple of years ago, I bought a new car with a required feature, that it allows for Pandora radio. While I basically listened to Pandora on road trips, of which there were many, I listened to NPR for local city driving.

Now, since listening to the news is intolerable, and when I want sounds over silence, I turn on Pandora to a jazz channel. The long-held wish of giving myself more jazz is now reality.

My anecdotal story here seems to reflect how long change timelines can be.  More than a few years ago, I made the request that I wanted a life with more jazz in it. A couple of years after that, I got the tool I needed for that to happen, a car with modern technology. Then, a “choose life or continue suffering” choice presented itself. I could keep listening to toxic news that depressed me with each word, or I could choose Life, first with silence in turning the radio off, and then with the realization that I could easily have the jazz I longed for grooving on the car radio.

What we want is here, when we stop the habitual choosing of lower vibrational choices over higher, more resonant vibes. These conscious choices take presence; presence of how we are feeling and what we truly want. And then we make the choice, breathing out resistance, stuck energy and fear and reach out for the high bar.

A 5th Dimension Take on the News

In the topsy-turvy time of Now, Yuval Noah Harari is an historian who looks to the future.  Two recent news articles about his upcoming book, ‘Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow’ have caught my eye, from the perspective of the shift to life in 5D.

The first news article is from theguardian.com and this quote from that article resonates with our shift to the 5th Dimension:

“The agricultural and industrial revolutions were about changing the world outside us. This century will be about changing the world inside us – making new entities with new kinds of brains. We are quickly acquiring powers that were always thought to be divine.”

All of the readings and work I have done understanding and living this shift to 5D brings me to the understanding that we are approaching, if not already there, an end to hierarchy. In the Now, we open to the direct experience of the divinity within us, with no one above or below us.

This Divinity aspect of the quantum shift shows up in two ways. One, in the experience of equality amongst all of us. We witness this equality through global sharing of news about people and animals in need, and with grassroots movements like Black Lives Matter and gender issues of equal pay.

The other way this aspect of living our Divinity shows up is that we are each becoming more Light. Many of us are claiming our own sovereignty and autonomy within relationships and with work and life choices. We are recognizing and choosing what is authentic to us. In doing so, we open more fully to the Light within and this Light shines through us, lessening and decreasing density of thought and experience. We are more fluid, like liquid Light.

All of this change does shift our brains; rather than victims, we are active and responsible participants in the circumstances and outcomes of our own lives.

The Effect of Data on Group Mind

The other article about Yuval Noah Harari’s work is from FT(Financial Times) and covers the dominance of artificial intelligence in modern life. For me, this article could be a scary read without a 5D shift perspective.

First, is the recognition of a group field, or group mind. In 5D, we not only claim our divinity, we also claim our connectivity. We are not alone, we are in this together, with choice of which “together” you wish to claim. This article, for me, stresses the importance of holding the highest vibration possible: the positive outlook, the gratitude path, the goodness perspective. As divine beings we are responsible for our choices and each and every moment of our lives we have the choice to take the high road or the low road.

Part of the 5D experience that I have not written about much yet is the experience of the Living Field.  This is a Field of energy within and around us and how we plug into that Field matters and is contributory to the outcomes we experience in our lives.

Consider how you feel when you are around someone who excites and engages you in contrast to someone who depresses and repels you. These responses happen on the individual, group and collective level.

Now that we live a wired life, we are more plugged into the collective energy Field than ever before.  This level of connectivity gives purpose to refined discernment and conscious choice. Contaminants are real, whether they are infectious germs or infectious energy content.

I know a couple who decline to shop at Walmart, despite money savings, because the group energy field there is dense and discordant for their vibrational frequency. I am not suggesting that you stop shopping at certain places, only to note how you feel in group or collective settings and how that feeling might be affecting your greater energy field.

Morphic Fields is another perspective on collective energy fields.  I once took a class on Abundance and the teacher stressed the importance of connecting to the morphic field of those who succeeded in the area where we want to succeed. The technique is to connect to the morphic field of great artists, or writers, or successful people in individual fields of endeavor.

Morphic fields are energy vortexes of people living and dead. We reach up to the inexhaustible wisdom field with its mindset of success and accomplishment. When not conscious and choosing, we can connect at lower vibrational frequencies that are not supportive or helpful.

When I read the Financial Times article about the power of data and artificial intelligence I am reminded, emphatically, of the need to use the power of choice, my own divine sovereignty, always and everywhere. It seems that 5D living requires this, otherwise we are pulled into the swamps of what we do not want or endorse. The closing paragraph of that article says as much:

“As long as you have greater insight and self-knowledge than the algorithms, your choices will still be superior and you will keep at least some authority in your hands.”

One point of clarification: Yes, we are neither better nor worse than anyone else.  When choosing the high road over the low road, the difference in the 5th Dimension shift is not that we are judging the low road or those we perceive to be on it: rather, we are making personal choice that the low road, however it shows up, is not our path.

This is a subtle point; we choose and move on, free of the entanglements of judging, gossiping or condemning. Staying present with each unfolding moment, and each personal choice of our own lives, requires full attention, free of judgement and comparisons. Simply make a choice, determined by questions like, does this have resonance for me or not?

In summary, and if a how-to primer is helpful, consider this:

  1. Realize your Divinity – Invite, ask, listen and heed your intuitive, Soul knowing. Activate your sovereignty through making your own choices. Start small if you are not already living intuitively.

 

  1. Notice the contagion effect with what you watch, read, listen to and engage with. Does the encounter add to your energy or deplete it? Notice, and then make choice.

 

  1. Take care of yourself with nourishing nutrition, good sleep, loving relationships, helpful personal and professional support and work and play that add to fulfillment: personal choices within your own life!

The Nature of Multidimensional Living

Multidimensional living calls for supreme self-care. We have to adjust to this new way of being because the tools and techniques we used no longer work. We are in the land of not knowing and we get by through paying attention to sensate experiences within the present moment – what are we feeling, what is our body telling us, what do our senses perceive?

For many, this new way of sensate living means that drive and ambition no longer rule the day. Things that mattered do not seem to matter now. Pushing ourselves seems to hurt more than ever before. What does seem to matter is if what we are choosing has core meaning for us and if we are getting pleasure and fulfillment from our choices.

Through conversations and reading about this shift, many people report extended times of doing nothing; of just needing to rest. One reason for the increasing need for rest is that our bodies are adjusting, too, to this new way of being. Our physicality needs to accommodate to the new capacities inherent in multidimensional living. Specifically, Light is filling our bodies, saturating the places of density that are dissolving in this fluid, new light. These densities include responses like stubbornness or needing to be right or obstinacy or fear or so many other habituated patterns that have clogged our systems.

We also need rest in order to release adaptive beliefs and conditioning that no longer function in this new time. Some of these old ways include being reactionary or defensive. Those approaches no longer work; when they pop up, we can see that they cost false effort and get in the way of being present to current potential.

The Eastern martial arts of moving aside, deflecting, even retreating, come to mind. It is no longer worth the fight. A motivator now is to stay present with the moment. Everything is fleeting, as each new moment comes in with new information, new potential and new opportunities.  Keeping up with this constant new flow while letting go of outdated responses, seems to matter now. We make choice, let go of forcing outcome and notice what takes form in this new life. We notice what has energy for us and what does not.

To choose living this new way takes courage and stamina, and this is the value of supreme self-care. Each individual gets to choose what self-care looks like. There is no one size fits all. There are some guidelines, though. Paying attention to what the body wants, what the emotions are broadcasting, what the Soul wants.  And that all takes listening. The kind of listening that has open space for hearing.

To say that these are challenging times is an understatement of an exponential degree. We have not been here before, there is no guidebook, other than the one we carry within our body and Soul. Multidimensional living means that we now have access to knowing beyond our three dimensional world. We are being informed through invisible channels of communication that involve synchronicity with our natural world and the existing, living energies beyond anything our consciousness has known. It is a big world and we are receptors and co-creators.  If our response is to shut down and block reception, and that is a choice, we are saying no to this new, multidimensional life. On the other hand, when we look around and see that most people are in this land of not knowing with us, we can choose to share our experiences and learn with one another how to navigate this new, multidimensional life.

3 Suggestions for Slowing Down

 

Feeling lost and confused lately? In our current, life-changing dimensional shift, everyone is challenged. Slowing down so that we can hear our own inner guidance is crucial. Self-care is key to slowing down. In slowing down, we change the conditioned, habitual patterning that causes us to stay busy, to force forward, to suppress the wisdom of our inner experience.

The 3rd Dimension was about drive and ambition. The 5th Dimension is mellower than that.  It no longer works to go outside of the present moment or to push for outcomes. In this new, multidimensional experience, the practices of overworking, overdoing, overthinking and staying busy agitate our functioning and get in the way of knowing what to do, when.

Why Slow Down?

Before we get to the 3 Suggestions for Slowing Down, let’s look at the value of slowing down.

We are no longer operating solely on the mental plane. We are being informed through our entire sensate experience; the channels of this receptivity are unique to each of us; some feel things, others see things, and others hear things, some can know by touch.  Some people are open to the signs that come their way as they travel through their day. The change, now, is that we can no longer think our way through something. Our minds do not have all of the information. If we open to the knowing that comes through our sensate experiences, we get a bigger, clearer picture, as well as a sense of timing. For instance, we might know that we do not yet have all the information that is needed to discern an optimal choice; we might be getting the information to wait.

The 5th Dimension is a multidimensional experience, opening us to a greater reality than is possible within the confines of the 3rd and 4th Dimensions. The 5th Dimension is also a portal to even higher dimensional frequencies. In order to access information that comes to us through our body’s connection with this Living Field of Love and Energy (Possibility) and Knowing, we have to be still.  We have to allow for space in the gaps of our doing.

There are rhythms in nature and there are rhythms within our bodies; we are not 24/7 machines like the ATM at the end of your street. We cycle and ebb and flow and we need good, quality sleep, rest and play and relaxation for optimal functioning. These are some of the reasons why it is helpful to slow down.

Another reason to slow down is that in the 5th Dimension, fear is released. Much of our constant activity is based on fear – deadlines, enough money in the bank, external approval from a boss or a team. You have probably heard this many times, fear has no essence. One of our earlier US Presidents even said this, “Nothing to fear but fear itself.” Our 3rd Dimension experiences were so fear- based that it takes a long, long time, to get this as a truth: fear is a control mechanism and can be released.  One way we release fear is by staying in the present moment.  This is a whole other blog topic, maybe for another time.

For now, the focus is on slowing down. If you have a wiry type body, what is known in the Ayurvedic tradition as a Vata body, or if you were born in the first half of the Lunar Cycle, the waxing Moon from New Moon to Full Moon, then you probably do have an innate orientation to high energy levels.  Your natural state might be motion, however, every living organism has ebb and flow rhythms. For those with heavier body types and those born in the waning Moon, from Full to the end of the Lunar Cycle, slowing down for you might mean taking to the bed occasionally.

Slowing down is a vital skill set for everyone in this shift from 3D to 5D.  The slowing down might look different for you than it does for a loved one or a friend, so please allow comparisons and judgement to fly out the window as you explore your own experiences of slowing down.

The 3 Suggestions for Slowing Down

We change through learning and we learn by doing. To rewire prior conditioning of habitual busyness, accept that learning to slow down takes practice, every day and through multiple, experiential ways.

 

  1. For part of your daily routine, whether it is in the morning as you wake up or before you go to bed, or during your commute to or from work, be silent, free of radio, tunes, TV. Try this for 5 to 10 minutes and just be still and contemplative as you go about your activity. Notice your breathing, notice your emotion. If fear or anxiety come up, by all means turn on the sounds, however, also try to slow breath through any surfacing anxiety.  If you do experience peace through this practice of a sound stimulation-free time, gradually add minutes, maybe upping your “in silence” time to 30 minutes or longer.

 

The point of this practice is to increase the comfort level with silence so that, over time, there is more familiarity with listening to intuition and the sensate informing that comes through the living energy field around us.

 

  1. Consider exploring adding an herbal tea to your daily intake. Or, consider the use of aromatherapy to help still your active mind and body. Some common herbs have a soothing effect and support the body in calming down.  You can research these through many sources. If you go to a health food store, you might be able to buy a small amount of an herb you would like to try from their bulk herb section.

Aromatherapy works on the primitive brain and its use can have an immediate calming effect. Explore aromatherapy options, they come in roll on applicators, creams that you can rub into your wrist, or in essential oils. Sniffing something like a rose oil can have an immediate calming effect to a stressed body. Research aromas that call to you.  Please note that many products used in aromatherapy might not be safe for use with children.  Consult references or professionals to learn more.

Allowing the body to calm, through use of an herbal tea or through the sense of smell, can have a direct effect on slowing down the mind. If it calls to you to use herbs or aromatherapy, practice using them regularly, maybe a couple of times each week over a period of some months. Consistent experiential learning can groove a new imprint.

  1. The last suggestion is to snatch moments through the day and practice slowing down.  For instance, between tasks that you do, stop for 3 to 5 minutes, stretch if you can, close your eyes, breath deep, simply stop.  Taking mini breaks like this throughout the day will recalibrate the mindset of keeping going.  A few ideas for integrating a habit of stopping include: after a meeting, go into the bathroom if you have no other place of privacy and take a few minutes to relax the muscles in your body, relax your face by smiling, even though you might not feel like it, close your eyes, massage your hands, rotate your shoulders, your wrists and your ankles. Look out the window for a few uninterrupted minutes and allow your thoughts to float like the clouds.  Acknowledge when your mind and body need a short break and give them what they want. Consciously assist in the recalibration from overdoing into conscious listening to your own inner experience.

Letting Go, Part II

As referenced in last week’s post, letting go of judgement, (or any other human reaction, like anger, jealousy, you name it), has the effect of opening up multidimensional space. I liked last week’s visceral experience of unfettered spaciousness and wanted more, so, this week, I continued the experiment of releasing judgment.

What was new to me in this experiment was that in the process of letting go of judgement, I also let go of expectations. I was open to the moment. Free of the conceptual sense of separation that comes from judging and the subsequent inner organ twisting of trying to control something, I was able to simply bear witness to what was actually happening, and not try to make a situation different than what it was. The result was more freedom, less inner and mental constriction and more support from a Loving Universe that I could have ever imagined.

The experiences of releasing conditioned reactive responses, no matter what they are, reveal the lie of conditioned response: compensation for feelings of not being good enough, low self-esteem, or feelings of lack. Conceptual thinking and reactive responses are limiting and they cut us off at the pass to spaciousness and Light. Yet, conceptual thinking and reactive responses are learned conditioning to earlier feelings of rejection or feeling like we are not enough.

One way to live in the moment with full access to 5D wholeness, and free from the separating experiences of 3D, is to consistently connect with the strong core of our essential goodness. We meet this essential goodness, repeatedly, in the experience of open space. The open space that is free of conceptual thinking and conditioned responding, like the sky in the photo at the top of this post. There is such a space and we can have it and live it whenever we want.

Coming to a consistent, living connection with one’s own unwavering core of goodness is a process. I have been in my own process with this core connection of goodness for at least the past 48 years, and many lifetimes before this one. Lots process with lots of people and many modalities.

What is different now, though, is that the 5th Dimension of holographic harmony is accessible and quick. Veils between visible and invisible worlds and between conscious and unconscious mind are thinning. Insights occur like lightening, fast and to the point.

We can be informed in each moment and it is through our physical sensing — does this feel right to me or not, does this have life for me or not — that we find our way.

We simply cannot know beyond each moment; that is how 5D works. We have the choice to bring entangled conceptual thinking and/or emotional bindings of conditioned responses, like judgement, with us or we can recognize the quicksilver insights and release into the moment, into the presence of not knowing and allowing. We can have the experience of the unfettered sky. It does not have to be hard and if we simply ask and reach, we might find it easy, with continual unfolding guiding our uncharted path.

I once had a phenomenal improvisational acting teacher whose mantra to us, before we got up on stage, was, “Breathe and speak.” For 5D access, we might amend this and say “Breathe and feel,” or “Breathe and release,” or, essentially, “Breathe and be.” Unconditioned presence in the moment, connected to our central core of goodness, the true, legitimate longings of our Soul, we can be met with the feeling of support from All That Is and the invincible feeling of being part of.

If you are inclined to have an experiment with unlimited spaciousness, too, one suggestion is to start small. Notice one conditioned reactive response you have within your life experience and work with it consciously, tenderly and patiently. Superior Self-Care

The 5th Dimension does not support a linear experience of time. This means that plotting and planning, one step in front of the other, one piece of the puzzle in alignment with the next, are not viable options right now. The 5D experience is neither rational, nor logical, yet things come together in amazing and synchronous ways. With 5D, we consciously choose, based on authentic needs and desires specific to each moment. This means that we need to get out of our head and feel our way through life. Does this work for me now? What do I need and want now? What is my choice now? Questions like these help us discern our way within the holographic experience of 5D living.

One experience that cannot be delayed in life in 5D is superior self-care. For optimal functioning, best results, we have to take full and authentic care of ourselves. This means that we pay attention to what we are feeling, needing and wanting. Patterns of low self-esteem and feelings of undeserving get in the way of superior self-care. There is no room in 5D living for low self-esteem or feelings of not being good enough.

Low self-esteem, feelings of being unworthy are imprints of past conditioning and they are not based on the truth of us; rather they are based on adaptations that we had to make in 3D living. 5D supports another experience of living that knows Self as worthy, good enough and deserving of superior self-care.

A practice of superior self-care is vital to functioning in 5D.Thinking about the future clogs present fulfillment and thinking about the past blocks present momentum. We know this, yet how do we live present moment awareness when we have to function in jobs and families and social commitments that still seem to be operating in the duality, the good/bad consciousness of 3D?

Conscious breathing within each moment is one of the best ways to stay in the moment. Awareness of our sensate experience within each moment also supports presence. What am I feeling, what are the energies around me now, are they supportive and resonant or not? How do your keep your energy full and fluid enough to keep that question current?

Our bodies, according to many people who write about the 5th Dimension, are becoming more light filled and less dense. Our dreams are even changing. What we eat, how we sleep, how we tend to legitimate emotional needs of quiet and silence, of connection with others who are resonant with our energies, how we stay sparked and alive with interest and curiosity, how we move our bodies, how we engage with nature are all components of superior self-care and the challenge is to meet all of these needs thoroughly and with love.

Ignoring hunger, ignoring the discomfort of a craving, ignoring constant audio stimulation that blocks sweet silence, resisting periods of doing nothing by staying busy, overworking, over- or under-engaging in social connection, inertia of body movement are all detriments to superior self-care. This is not about being perfect; it is about being authentic and listening to your heart, soul and body through each moment, each day.

Sometimes, one is required to stay engaged with others when a little alone time or silence is what one needs, such as in the case of parenting. Or being on deadline with an important work project. Or having to overwork to pay the rent. The demand to meet these commitments is real. Conscious breathing helps. So does learning relaxation techniques and using them, in the moment. Looking out the window at the sky can help. Smiling helps. Self-talk can help; saying something like, “I have to do this now and I do this with as much grace and ease as I can muster and I know that everything changes. One day, my circumstances will be different.”

I have heard it said that the 6th Dimension is the realm of majic. If we can be present with our selves in 5D living, through conscious presence of how we are feeling in each moment, through feelings of worthiness and positive self-regard that automatically result in superior self-care, through an experience of Body as Timer, time as fluid and internal rather than mechanical and external, through the release of duality and hierarchy, we open to multidimensional living. We engage with the living Field of energy that surrounds us, inside and out, and we create majic, without concern of past or future. We release the pressure valve and sense and feel into the moment. From there we can be informed of better, truer choices that help us find our way, with humour and joy, through the demand commitments of our life. There is only this moment and this moment is alive with information and release of pressure. Breathe, Be, Sense, Feel Now.

Felt Experience

Channelers writing about life in 5D suggest that our bodies need time to acclimate to the light frequency upgrades available now. Personal experience with this shift suggests that the urge to rest goes beyond the Natural Time frameworks of Void of Course Moon times and Dark Moon times in the Personal and Collective Lunar Cycles.

When one of these strong pulls to rest occurs outside of a Natural Time framework, I am bewildered, confused and judgmental. Is it procrastination? Is it fear? Is it an influx of new frequencies that causes my body to want to lay low?

I have no trouble resting during the Void of Course Moon times and the Dark Moon times, yet when my physicality resists upright action outside of those time frames, I have been stuck in the blame and shame mode. Clearly, this does not work because I have worked long enough with Natural Time and holistic health to know, beyond doubt, that the Body knows.

What am I left with, then, when by body wants rest and from a Natural Cycles perspective there is nothing standing in the way of taking action? After much prayer and introspective inquiry, I am left with a new level of trust that fuses trust in self (Soul) with trust in the Field of energy surrounding me. A trust in myself within a Living Universe, beyond my rational comprehension.

What does this mean? What does this look like?  How does it feel? 

The Body is medium now. Our sensate experience and inner knowing is navigator. In 3D, we relied on mind to get us through things; we strategized, planned and mentally forged through obstacles and frustrations. We ignored our bodies as we regarded them as mechanical machines, skipping lunches, aborting sleep, working through pain.

Willfulness does not get us far in the New Field of 5D. There is a new leader on our team and it is the Body. Learning to follow its lead requires that we listen to it, learn to work with it and trust its living wisdom within the larger Field of life that encompasses multidimensional accessibility now.

5D living calls for choice discerned through felt experience. What else is there to guide our way? There is no external authority that knows our way better than we do. There is no doctor, no financial advisor, no church person, no significant other or best friend, that knows our way better than we, ourselves, do. We still consult with others, however, after gaining pertinent information, the final choice is ours. We are left to make choices from the core of our own being, deep within our inner knowing.

When our body wants to rest and our mind races with “Yes, but…we have to produce, create, get things done,” one response is to calm down, deep breathe, come to present moment awareness and ask “What is my choice in this now?”

Generations before us used the term “One foot in front of the other,” when they were bewildered and did not know what to do next. In these times, with holographic 5D possibilities, the invitation is for a more centered inquiry, one that comes from within our core and activates sensate experience as we feel our way to current choice.
