End of the Calendar Year 2021, and Last Phase of this Lunar Cycle

Having just experienced the pull to stillness with the Winter Solstice on December 21 and the upcoming worldwide, traditional celebration of the end of one year, December 31, in the Gregorian Calendar, we are definitively at a closing out time. To add to this time of release, December 26, 2021, 9:25 PM EST brings us into the 4th and final phase of this current lunar cycle. Now is the winding down, reset moment, and this fourth lunar phase increases the gravitational pull to be still and present.

In some divine timing, the New Moon occurs on January 2, 2022, at 1:34 PM EST. The Dark of the Moon occurs three full days before the New Moon, so from 1:34 PM on December 30, 2021, until the New Moon on January 2, we are in the Dark Moon. This is the still point, a time of absolute receptivity to the Noosphere, the 5th Dimension land of cosmic inner knowing

For eons, the Dark Moon has helped us release what is no longer alive for us, what no longer works, what is complete. The Dark of the Moon is a supreme time for letting go.

May you gift yourself time to release for this Lunar Cycle and this calendar year. Like the saying that one cannot be in two places at once, we can not release and fill up simultaneously.

Please call on all of your experiences and deep, innate knowing to let go in this holy release time.

Our Moon has been guiding us in the process of releasing and letting go and beginning again for eons. It is what she does. Consider inviting our Moon to help you release what has expired for you. Watch her as she models for us how to let go.

The Void Moon

Buckminster Fuller tells us that energy is contained in form. There is no geometric, cosmic shape between the Moon and an inner planet when the Moon is void, hence, there is no form to contain the energy.

Void Moons feel like we are free-floating. It is hard to hold focus and accomplish essential tasks. I have been tracking the Void Moon times for over four decades and am at the point where I feel these void times in my body. It hurts to try and produce upstream in a downstream time.

Efficiency is one of my highest values, and I got tired of wasting time, energy, resources, so I observe the Void Moon times with advanced planning. The Void Moon times for this Fourth Quarter quiet week are below. I invite you to join me in this productivity practice. Put your questions in the comments section, below.

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Sunday, December 26, 3:40 AM to 11:25 AM, EST

Tuesday, December 28, 4:12 AM to  4:17 PM, EST

Thursday, December 30, 12:11 PM to 6:09 PM, EST

Saturday, January 1, 2022, 3:17 AM to 6:03 PM EST

Blessed be!  See you next week!

Fourth and Final Week of this Lunar Cycle

We roll into the fourth and final week of this lunar cycle on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 4:05 PM, Eastern US time. The New Moon occurs on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 5:15 PM Eastern US time.

Wise sages tell us that there is No Beginning and No End. We do, though, encounter reset and refresh points. The end of a lunar cycle and the beginning of the next lunar cycle is a reset and refresh point.

In this last week, we slow down and release. There is an energetic wind-down. The strength of the gravitational pull to slow down increases as we get closer to the end of the cycle.

We perceive other naturally occurring low energy times at the end of each day, lunar month, and solar year. These pivot points allow us to reassess processes, goals, and plans. We can release and reset for a fresh start.

It can be helpful to take advantage of these reset times because they are naturally restorative. When we align with these natural cycles, we affirm nature within our human nature. We become One With.

Notice your energy levels from October 28 to November 4. If you feel like relaxing with a book, or taking a nature walk, or napping, or saying no to overwork, your Sacred Heart and Body Temple feel the Moon’s flow.

The three days before the New Moon are called the Dark of the Moon. These are times when I overhear people say, “I am so tired, and I don’t know why.”

Rest is encouraged in this last week, especially during the last 24 hours of this lunar cycle, the darkest Dark of the Moon. (New Moon occurs on 4, 5:15 PM EDT. Count back 24 hours for your time zone.)

There is a pattern to this tiredness, and it is recognizable. The Moon reflects this wind-up and wind-down rhythm every lunar month. Pattern recognition is a gold standard in self-care. So, when you feel the call to rest, please consider saying yes.

Intuition increases during naturally occurring low energy times because we become more receptive. Every cell of our being has a rest phase, called the interphase. We can indulge body, mind, and soul to rest in conjunction with our beloved, ever-flowing Moon.

If you have questions about allowing for more rest during the end of the lunar cycle, send me an email at aureal@5dherenow.com.

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Saturday, October 30, 3:05 AM to 2:10 PM, EDT

Monday, November 1, 1:00 PM to 7:11 PM, EDT

Wednesday, November 3, 6:32 PM to 8:53 PM, EDT

We often feel void when the Moon is Void. These are times when it is hard to focus, hard to accomplish, and produce. If interested, track your productivity and your energy levels during these times. When you feel a resonance, factor in void Moon times for optimal planning and scheduling.

Blessed be!

See you next week!

Hi everyone!

At 9:58 pm EDT Tuesday, September 28, we enter the last week of the lunar cycle.

Keeping track of time by aligning with the first of every month in the standard calendar does not connect us to nature. Aligning with the lunar cycle connects us to our inner nature and the glorious nature surrounding us.

Note what happens with the tides and Moon flow.  It is the same with us if we allow for that subtle sensibility.

The last three days of this last lunar week are known as the Dark of the Moon. The Dark of the Moon occurs from Sunday, October 3 to Wednesday, October 6 at 7:05 am, EDT, when we have the New Moon.  Dark Moon times are naturally occurring low energy, the ebbing cycle.

In the last week, outward energy is low and introspective energy is high. We may feel slower and pulled more to the ground. These are times to rest and reflect.

It is a matter of trust and long-term tracking to remember our natural alignment with lunar flow. Synchronizing energy with Moon flow, we become the timer, rather than the clock on the wall or the watch on the wrist. Benefits of aligning with natural time include less stress and more fulfillment.

Letting your body be the timer leads to a direct experience of sovereignty.

For those willing and able, note your energy levels between Tuesday, September 28, and the New Moon on September 6. Give the New Moon 24 hours or so, and then notice how energy naturally builds. We will explore this more next week.

The void of course Moon times in this last week of the lunar cycle include:

Thursday, September 30, 3:05 am until 2:10 pm EDT

Saturday, October 2, 7:43 pm until Sunday, October 3, 4:38 am EDT

Tuesday, October 5, 4:46 Am until 8:41 am EDT

The last lunar week, especially the three days of the Dark of the Moon, and void of course Moon times are highly receptive times for intuition, inspiration, and imagination. They are challenging times for using force to move forward.

More info is coming in the months ahead.

With Moon Glow,

Allowing Our Moon’s Magnetics to Pull You toward Stillness

In the early 1980s, I remember feeling bewildered that I had energy during one-half of each month and wanted to do nothing the other half of each month. This confusion was before I had consciousness around the permeable flow of the Moon’s rhythms in nature and within me.

Now that I understand the shifting rhythms, I work with them consciously. I have just had my Personal Dark Moon with its luscious pull to be quiet and still. It is a majical time that filters, warms and nurtures. Dark Moons rest my body, Soul, and Spirit.

Everyone has his or her unique patterning between the Personal and the Collective Lunar Cycles.  My Personal New Moon occurs about one week before the Collective New Moon. With this patterning, I have three days of magnetic pull to stillness and then an energetic uplift with my Personal New Moon. A few days after this, I go down and in again with the Collective Dark Moon, and then a fuller, energetic resurgence with the Collective New Moon. During the last ten days of the Collective Lunar Cycle, for me,  the needle on the energy spectrum trends toward low.

Flowing with this pattern allows my body rest and more rest, with the reflective peace that comes with stillness. These are abundantly rich times, and I resurface in both the Personal and Collective New Moons with new insights, and fresh starts.

The reflection that broke through the surface during this recent Personal Dark Moon relates to the heavy tension that gets stored in my body when I focus on the unexplainable chaos in our world now. In the United States, we have someone in power appearing to break all rules, yet keeps going. We have police shooting people to death, without charges brought against them and we have a former, revered comedian on trial for sexual assault, with legions of women in the background echoing similar assault, and the trial results in a hung jury.  In the world, we have audacious events of mass deaths by unfathomable acts of terror. Who can explain this topsy-turvy world?

For those of us working with the collective consciousness shift to higher dimensions, we understand that these bizarre outer circumstances represent the dismantling of the old order.  We get that. Living through it is another matter, as hardly anyone anticipated the dismantling would be so disgraceful, shocking, offensive, extreme.

The impact on our collective psyche is serious. People who are not aware of the quantum dimensional shift are having a tough time. People who are aware of this quantum shift are also having a tough time. Stress levels tip the balance scales with somber effect.

I have felt this stress as it shows up in clenched muscle tension that stifles life flow. This physical contraction hurts, and as a sovereign being, I must shift this. We all have anchors that bring us to center. One of my main anchors involves synchronizing physical energy levels with Moon flow.

Because I stopped, rested, and listened during my most recent Personal Dark Moon, I heard a plan that come through my inner caretaker.  During the Collective Dark Moon this week, I am taking a news cleanse.  I am not reading news online. I already do not watch the news on TV, and this week, I am giving up the hours I spend every day reading news online.  Our New Moon occurs Friday evening, June 23, 10:32 PM, EDT.  I will discern then whether I want to return to spending precious, potentially creative, moments reading news online.

Before the November election, I stopped listening to NPR news and have not returned to that practice. My system cannot take it.  My system has been on overload with all the online news I consumed,  and in this collective Dark Moon, I release that practice, too. I will have more time for creativity, more time for connecting with others, more time for tending to my inner life, as is optimal during a dark Moon phase.

It is rough out there. We must keep to kindness and supreme self-care. Do you feel the magnetic pull to stillness when it knocks on your psyche? Are you allowing it to help you stop, rest and listen to your inner wisdom? Please share in the comments section. If you would like assistance determining the pattern between your Personal and Collective Lunar Cycles, let me know.

Having to Function During a Personal Dark Moon

Aha! moments are sacred, special and bring meaning to our lives. I recently had an Aha! awareness that time is like a second skin we can slip into. This works when it is our rhythm that is slipped into time, rather than time, as an external force, being  superimposed upon us.

Science tells us that time does not exist. Yet, we seem to have universally agreed upon something we call “time”. We show up for work on time, we meet at the movies on time, we pay our taxes on time.

My life and my work are about Natural Time, Body as Timer, living in sync with rhythms of nature as experienced viscerally. A major piece of my work is the Personal Lunar Cycle, a pattern of energy that is based on the phase of the Moon in which we are born. There is a Dark Moon to this Personal Cycle, just as there is a Dark Moon in the Collective Cycle. This Dark Moon represents a naturally occurring low energy time. It is low energy because we are ending a cycle, emptying out in order to begin again with the New Moon.

I choose to live with this cycle each lunar month, and have done so for over twenty years. As I wrote last October, the Dark Moon in both Personal or Collective cycle is a pull to stillness. It is a highly intuitive time and the benefits of stopping to listen are great.

That is not always possible, however, as I wrote in that October blog post. The need to produce happened again in my most recent Personal Dark Moon cycle. I knew to pace myself and to choose as great a version of self-care as possible. I was in bearing witness mode as I showed up, was present to responsibilities and produced.

A Dark Moon period can affect a time span of 2-4 days. I knew what was coming and limited other obligations, focusing only on what was necessary. The 24 hours before my Personal New Moon, I surprised myself with the experience of full functioning. I did not feel compromised in any way, energetically.

The day of my Personal New Moon, though, I did feel the strong pull to gravity, the strong wish to tune everything out other than quiet stillness. I did show up and function adequately that Personal New Moon Day, however, that evening, I crashed. I took to the bed as soon as I could and simply rested. The next day I did have 100% time freedom and rested fully and completely.

The Aha! waking thought that Personal New Moon day was a direct experience of my body slipping into Time and allowing internal and external rhythms to sync. Rhythm is everything in nature. Finding the vibratory rhythm between our internal experience and our external circumstance means that we take our time and sync with the moment, consciously.

My work, feeling the Body as Timer, is a lifelong journey to embody nature’s cycles within the human experience. This work comes from the direct experience that we are sovereign beings. While we might have to function in relation to an external demand, we can do it with an internal sense of personal choice and in alignment with all that is, including the pace of  our body, mind and Soul.

Slow down, you move too fast,” was a phrase from a popular song during my teens. My Mother used to remind me of that, when I was a young girl trying to find my way. My other Mother, our Moon, has always been beaming that to me, to feel Time as my own, and move accordingly.

How about you? How do you feel Time as an inner experience?  Please share in the comments section below.

The Birthday as a Structural, Organizing Principle

Whether we celebrate with festive parties or quiet reverie, the birthday offers a structural organizing principle within the play of life. The birthday is a sacred time, a renewal of life on earth in direct connection with our Sun, the ultimate umbilical cord.

A Solar Return is when the sun in the current sky is at the same place as the Sun at the time of birth. As we age, the Solar Return can occur prior to the actual calendar date of the birthday, even a day or two before the actual birth date. This Solar Return is an inner energy experience that can be acknowledged and honoured.

The ebb and flow of Solar energy goes like this: about one month before the birthday, personal energy level starts to wane. About three days before the birthday, personal energy can be quite low and with a strong internal focus.  We are coming to the end of a cycle, just as personal energy levels dip at the end of the Lunar Cycle, during the Dark of the Moon phase just before the New Moon.

There is nothing wrong with this pull to stillness. In fact, this slowdown reflects resonate alignment with cosmic flow.  Once the Solar Return happens, energy starts to build again and a surge of renewal is palpable.

Life is cyclical.  There are long cycles and there are shorter cycles. Our bodies feel them all. When we tune into the personal timing of our Solar Cycle, we can make the most of this innate, structural, organizing principle and tap its benefits: a renewal of life on Earth in sync with Sun, Self and Earth.  A Oneness of cosmic alignment.

As some readers know, my work is about Personal and Collective Lunar Cycles.   There is a Collective starting point and a Personal starting point within both the Solar and Lunar Cycles. Having a sense of this inner/outer timing structure, and the fact that the Personal and Collective cycles represent cyclical overlays, helps understand one’s personal rhythm within the frame of the collective rhythm.

Here is an example:  My birthday occurs mid-February.  I do not feel the full start to my new year until after my birthday.  Yes, I recognize the Winter Solstice as the start of the year, I give nodding acknowledgement to January 1st each year and I also align with the resonance of the Chinese New Year which starts with the February New Moon.  I feel these natural cycles, however, the new year does not fully start for me until after my mid-February birthday.

What this suggests is that my resonance is aligned more with a Personal Solar Cycle than with the Collective Solar Cycle. Neither personal nor collective alignment is better; it is helpful, though, to know which is your primary resonance, personal or collective.

My most recent Solar renewal led me to thoughts about those born in seasons other than Winter. With a February birthday, the fullness of my new start time is in the winter; midwinter to be sure, however, near the Winter Solstice and the February New Moon, which for centuries has guided the Chinese to the start of their New Year.

For those born in Spring, Summer or Fall, I wonder how the Solar organizing principle plays out.  I am talking about the very internal structure of dissolution and renewal as expressed by cosmic flow. In the comments section below, please share your experience of the personal and collective starts to the year.

The reference here is the overlay of personal within collective and collective within personal. Bringing consciousness to these innate rhythms helps frame the experience of one’s unique rhythm with Life.  Such a reflection can provide grounding and understanding through a visceral sense of a structural, organizing principle for one’s life.

Given the current political climate, many of us are examining our personal role within the collective whole. Aligning personal Solar year with collective Solar is one facet of our entwined life on Earth.

12 Genuine, Fresh Start Dates in 2017

copper-1476023_1280-swirl

We are at that time of year when we turn the page. We have reviewed the past year, released what we no longer want and set our vision for a wonderful, majical, fulfilling 2017. A new beginning, a fresh start.

Many people use a restart date that coincides with a natural cycle, like the Solstice or the Spring Equinox, wherever they consider the start of a new year. Many cultures start the New Year with a New Moon.  For many others, though, January 1 is the reset button. It does helps to use markers for assessment and evaluation and the marker of the Gregorian Calendar Year is deep in our collective psyche.

In whatever measurement, a natural cycle or the common calendar, one year seems a long time to hold the focus. Much can fall through the cracks, distraction overwhelms and focus wanes. It seems inevitable that accountability falters when held in the frame for one full year.

There is another way to release, revise and measure.  This other way uses each lunar cycle as a definitive unit for accountability. As I have written before, cycles are the current through which we flow through life.

This 28-day cycle measurement is easier on the body, the mind and the emotions because our Moon is considered Mother energy and we feel her flow. The Lunar Cycle is not as stern as a full year’s measurement. Yes, we can use both cyclic measurements, with perhaps the year as an overview and the lunar month as a consistent check-in point.

If you accept the invitation to use the Moon as marker for bringing intentions, goals and visions into alignment with your wisdom and your action, the twelve New Moons for 2017 are listed below.  The two listed in bold are eclipses, especially potent days for reviews and restarts and I will write more about those in an upcoming blog post.

One suggestion for maximizing these review/restart pivots is to mark three full 24 hour periods that precede these dates and times on your calendar using the notation, “Dark of the Moon.”  The Dark of the Moon is the emptying out phase of this natural cycle and bodies resonate with this rhythm.   During the Dark Moon time, limit your schedule as much as you can and allow for extra rest and inner wandering. Soon after the New Moon, acknowledge the upward surge of energy; the restart has begun.

Use the Dark Moon for gentle release, stillness and divine time with your Soul. At each New Moon, you can set a goal, along with an action plan for how to get there.

For hearty souls who want more, there is an additional refresh, restart pivot time each lunar month that is determined by the phase of the Moon in which you are born. This is the Personal Lunar Cycle; the other is the Collective Lunar Cycle, as that is operational for all of us on Earth. Online training is in the works for the potent Personal Lunar Cycle. If you want more information before then, contact me.

Here are the dates and times for the New Moons in 2017.

Many blessing wishes as you align your Light with Moon Light.

3-Question Worksheet for Slowing Down, Now!

tree-4700_1280-stillness

Why Slow Down Now?

November 27, 2016 — Dark, dark of Moon, with New Moon on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 7:19 AM, EST

Energy is naturally low in a dark Moon and the closer we get to the end of the lunar cycle and the beginning of the next, the stronger the gravitational pull to slow stillness.

Void Moon, Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 4:49 PM EST to Monday, November 28, 2016, 3:46 PM EST

Void Moon indicates free floating energy, nothing much takes shape or what is formed often has to be reformed, redone. Void Moons are prime times for introspection, reflection, rest, listening.

We are winding down the 2016 Solar Cycle. Many people celebrate the New Year with the Winter Solstice and we are weeks away from that Natural Time marker.  A slowdown in the Solar Cycle might not impact our physical energy as much as a slowdown in the Lunar Cycle, however, as we look to nature in the Northern Hemisphere, we see barren earth, bare trees and people bundling up, staying indoors more. The focus shifts to internal as we approach stillpoint of the Winter Solstice. We are, most likely, becoming quieter, more reflective.

swing-1350654_1280

These Natural Time markers invite slowing down now. In addition, many of us are standing with those at Standing Rock.  Many of us are standing with our brothers and sisters of all races and all spiritual and sexual and gender orientations. It is a gift to ourselves, and to all brothers and sisters, when we align with nature and slow down, too. When we stop, be still and listen, in alignment with Natural Cycles, we can know next steps. Wisdom, support and direction come through listening through the stillness.

Comfort and renewal also come through slowing down, letting go and listening. If stillness and slowing down are not yet a delight and remain a challenge, here is a 3-question worksheet for exploring your relationship with slowing down and stillness. This is not a test and there are no wrong answers, simply a personal exploration of something that you might want more options over, to slow down, be still.

Sacred Timing

play-994676_1280-dark-moon

When our Moon empties out at the end of a cycle, there is no light in the night sky. Correspondingly, during dark Moon times, our own light turns inward, in sync with a gravitational pull to slow down and be still.  This inward pull to stillness, to being with our deep selves, occurs twice each month. Once with the Collective Lunar Cycle, and once with the Personal Lunar cycle.

Both cycles, the personal and the collective, have the same rhythmic pattern; it is the start days that vary. The Collective Lunar Cycle starts with the New Moon, and the Personal Lunar Cycle starts with the phase of the Moon in which you are born. The Dark Moon, this inward pull to quiet receptivity, occurs three days before the New Moon in both the personal and collective cycles.

A Dark Moon in the collective cycle is occurring as I post this blog article.  The New Moon occurs Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 1:39 PM Eastern Daylight Time. This means that the Collective Dark Moon starts Thursday, October 27, 2016, in the afternoon in US Eastern time zone.  The inward pull toward quiet refection begins on Thursday and continues through the weekend, until the New Moon.  Within a day after the New Moon, we start to feel the upward energy surge again.

Not everyone feels this timing. It can start with a nudge, a pull toward stillness, reflection, rest, quiet. If you sense any of this, please open the invitation. The more we align with natural, cyclic timing, the more the experience becomes familiar to us. Like all new skill sets, when we pay attention, we open receptor pathways of the original blueprints that our bodies are timers.

The Personal Lunar Cycle is the other cycle with this rhythmic pattern of slowing down, release and renewal. I just had my Personal Dark Moon; It started late Friday, October 21, 2016, continued through Saturday, all day Sunday and ended with my Personal New Moon, Monday morning, October 24, 2016 in the 8 o’clock hour.

I anticipate the personal dark Moon phase as a sacred holiday. This is a time when I honour the whole of my life in synchronized flow with our living Universe. For us, on Earth, flow means the Moon is involved.

I have been aligning with this sacred timing since 1993.  For 95% of this time, I have planned and scheduled around this pivotal timing. I have minimized commitments, laid low, and observed sensate release and regeneration typical of cyclic endings and beginnings.

Seven years ago, I took a nursing job on a per diem basis, even though I worked fulltime. I choose to forego benefits like paid time off so that  I could control my schedule and not have to work on low energy Personal Dark Moon days.  There is predictive value in knowing this rhythm, and I used it for self-care and well-being, and to optimize the potent receptivity (intuition, inner knowing, coming to center) inherent during Dark Moon times.

This past Personal Lunar Cycle, though, I was under deadline for a high-pressured, freelance writing assignment and I had to work through the low energy time. Eliminating distractions, cancelling social plans and staying focused on the writing task, I did muster the stamina to complete the task. It took all that I had, energetically and emotionally.

The carrot at the end of the stick was that I knew the Moon was void of course all day on Monday, enhancing my ability to rest post project. My schedule was clear and I gave myself a do-nothing day. It was calm, sweet, comfortable, quiet, relaxing and restorative.

On Tuesday, I was aware of still needing a little slower down time and I eased into the day with that awareness, of being kind with myself.

I have been through enough of these Personal Lunar Cycle turnings to know that if I do not stop and be still during this precious, sacred time, a depression, an irritability, an out of sorts experience shows up.  It is the beast in nature; if we do not feed the beast what it needs, in this case rest and quiet, it roars in ugliness.

I did not get the stillness that I needed during my Personal Dark Moon, however, I knew enough to not continue forward before taking deep rest. I was a little off schedule, however, I still gave myself the self-care and stillness that I needed.

Our bodies need these rest and reset times daily, twice within the Lunar Cycle, one Personal, one Collective, and yearly, right before our birthday, with our Solar Return.

tiger-1673874_1280-resting

I want to shout from the rooftop, I want to play the trumpet and bang the cymbals, I want to sing an operatic High C to let people know about these natural cycle turnings, these pivot times of stop and restart. Coming to zero point with nature’s timing is an exquisite, sacred experience.

Much of what I read these days is that answers to our challenges are found through self-love. Listening to, and heeding, the needs of our precious human bodies, is to me, ultimate expression of self-love. In Sacred Heart living, listening for what the body needs is high priority.

For those new to this sacred timing, I am in the process of developing online training for recognizing and honouring these sacred cycle alignments. I anticipate these products to be ready on or before Spring, 2017.

Those who have taken my personal lunar cycle classes know this timing and I welcome your sharing on the value of this timing in your life. Please add your comments in the comments section below!

Sunrise, Sunset

sunrise

Through a moving FB post, a friend opened me to a new experience of Natural Time – the simple noticing of Sunrise and Sunset and their daily fluctuations.

This is a brilliant practice for moving through the hold that cultural conditioning about time tries to have over us. When we honour nature’s fluidity, we open to our own fluidity. For those in affinity with the Divine Feminine, Goddess Energy and Eastern philosophies, dawn and twilight have long been identified as Dakini time, when there is high receptivity to receiving intuition. Sunrise and sunset are Soulful living times.

Personal energy flows, and with it, power, stamina and focus, in relation to the ebbs and flows of the natural world. We are cyclic beings within a cyclic world. We can use information about natural cycles to our advantage. We can use the rhythms of life to plan, schedule, choose and create experiences that optimize our quality of life.

Do you want more time with your kids? Do you want an easier flow through challenging work projects? Do you want rest that satiates and restores you?

If yes, with this blog, you have found a place that offers information, resources, training and support to help you open to the flow of Time as an active participant rather than as passive subject.

For example:

Knowing when the Moon is Void of Course, we can choose to indulge in rest, relaxation, quiet cuddle time or mundane organizational tasks rather than force forward when our satellite, the Moon, has lost connection. With the Moon out of receiving range, our bodies feel this void on the physical energy level; focus is dimmed because the gravitational pull is toward reflection in contrast to action, and work projects meet with delays and difficulties. Work arounds involve knowing when the Moon is void and planning and scheduling accordingly. You can receive direct support about this here.

Knowing about Dark of the Moon days, and planning and scheduling accordingly, enhances dissolution of what has ended with the close of the Lunar cycle. This awareness allows for clear and uncluttered space to receive in the new cycle, with the restart button of each New Moon.

Observing the simple shifts of Sunrises and Sunsets imprints within our psyches the living awareness that we are in sync with the flow of Life.

Additional products to help identify and align with natural cycles, as well as services in support of shifting to an organic experience of Time, are in the works.  The Void of Course Moon Club is already up and running.

If you are not already a subscriber to this newsletter, consider subscribing, you can use the subscription button to the top left, and take advantage of special offers as online training, guided imagery relaxations and Lunar Rhythms Energy Club options come to market.

Love and Peace, and let’s flow!
