Why Our Moon Matters

The Moon, in ever-fluctuating light, provides an anchor that reflects the consistency of change. We can feel within or look up when we need a visual and align with the cosmic flow.

The Industrial Age, with man working as machine, and the advent of electricity with its 24/7 functionality, embedded the construct of Time as external control. This conditioning of Time as a force outside of us is deep and can be entrenched. Many workplaces have a conspicuous clock on the wall that serves as an ever-observant taskmaster. People have had their bathroom breaks timed. Individuals regard themselves as “on the clock,” particularly if they must clock in and out of work. Some people still wear a watch, feeling a need to track Time within an arm’s length away.

Reflect on what these pressures related to Time as a controlling influence exert on the human body and the spontaneous process of creativity.

Claiming Time as an internal experience of cosmic flow matters now because we are in a collective shift of consciousness, moving from the 3rd Dimension to the 5th Dimension. In 3D, Time is linear, as past, present, and future are sequential. In 5D, past, present, and future are simultaneous, and the present moment is key.

As humans, we are part of nature, and the flow of organic Time is felt within us. It is simply a matter of recognizing our body’s intelligence concerning timing. Recognizing body intelligence is kin to intuition. With intuition, we know when to move and when to stand still.

While our Sun and Earth have central roles in how Time shows up for us, the Moon pictorially describes and reminds us of the natural flow of Time as an organic experience.

We have had 180 years + of programming that conditioned humans to regard Time as a force outside us. It is a significant upgrade to consider Time as an organic, inner experience. If you want to release from the relentless pressures that mechanical Time attempts to exert on daily life, then consider aligning with the lunar cycle for planning, scheduling, and living your life.

The 5D Here Now blog and social media posts provide information on the changing weeks in the lunar cycle, often with resources to learn more. If your heart says, Yes! to this shift in relationship with Time, you can start slow. Align with the energy pattern that repeats each lunar month. Curiosity will take you to the next steps based on the direct experience of these organic shifts within your body and lived experience.

There is an ebook coming out soon, and the title is 5D Here, Now, Ordinary Descriptions for an Extraordinary Shift. This book describes what 5D is, why it is happening now, and how to make the switch consciously. Until that book is published, please know that one of the access points to 5D is Time. Many of us get this, instinctively, if not habitually.

Ask A Question about natural time alignment, and I will respond in the blog posts. Personal consultations are also possible if the need for natural time alignment feels more urgent.

New Moon Week of Current Lunar Cycle

November 4, 2021, 5:15 PM EDT to Thursday, November 11, 2021, at 7:47 AM EST

Our Moon reflects ever-changing light during the 28 days of each cycle.

At the New Moon, the Sun and Moon are in the same place. The light is bare at first and gradually increases.

In the second week of the lunar cycle, Sun and Moon are 90-degrees away from one another. This point is called the opening square, and the Moon reflects half-light.

The third week of the lunar cycle expresses the Full Moon, where the light of the whole Moon infuses us and the night sky. At this point, the Sun and Moon are180 degrees apart from each other.

The fourth week of the lunar cycle represents the Sun and Moon at a distance of 270 degrees apart. This configuration is called the closing square. The visual is the other half of the Moon in our night sky.

These four cardinal points of the relationship between our Sun and Moon during one lunar cycle reflect, exactly, the human growth and development cycle.

New Moon reflects the newborn stage of infancy. Here we have a fresh start to begin again.

Second Quarter depicts the external resistance involved in developing autonomy. This phase mirrors what happens during the terrible twos and the teen years. At this stage, we are determined to declare our sovereignty.

Full Moon reflects the maturation of adulthood expressed through the integration of self and others within life experience.

Fourth Quarter reflects the natural process of death and rebirth. Here, we experience internal resistance to release and let go. We prepare for that zero point of transition between lunar (or life) cycles.

The lunar cycle consistently reflects the flow of emptiness becoming form and form becoming emptiness. Rising and falling. This monthly reflection is practice for our ultimate life lesson, embracing the cycle of life and death.

In the first week of this brand-new cycle, may you be gentle, tender, caring, and conscious with yourself and the new steps you take, just as you would be gentle, caring, and kind with a newborn.

Of course, we do not regress in age or behavior. The cosmic imprint is there, though, and the energetic pattern of a fresh start is indelible. While this is subtle energy, it is delicate and alive and can help us become our best selves in alignment with the cosmos.

Yes, you are working on ongoing relationships and projects, implementing long-held dreams and plans. If you bring the beginner’s mind that is available to us in this New Moon week, you might experience fresh perspectives and new opportunities for fulfillment.

New Moon = Rejuvenate = Reset = Fresh Start

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Friday, November 5, 12:10 PM to 8:53 PM, EDT

Sunday, November 7, 8:44 AM  to  8:04 PM, EST

Wednesday, November 9, 12:52 PM to 10:04 PM, EST

Thursday, November 11, 2:53 PM to Friday, November 12, 2:54 AM

In the United States, the time changes on Sunday, November 7, and we have an almost 12-hour void of course Moon. Wherever you live, notice your energy when the Moon is void of course. If your body intelligence suggests rest, relaxation, letting go of agenda, the Moon is telling us that, too. Void Moons are optimal for inner work like wandering, dreaming, self-connecting.

Fourth and Final Week of this Lunar Cycle

We roll into the fourth and final week of this lunar cycle on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 4:05 PM, Eastern US time. The New Moon occurs on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 5:15 PM Eastern US time.

Wise sages tell us that there is No Beginning and No End. We do, though, encounter reset and refresh points. The end of a lunar cycle and the beginning of the next lunar cycle is a reset and refresh point.

In this last week, we slow down and release. There is an energetic wind-down. The strength of the gravitational pull to slow down increases as we get closer to the end of the cycle.

We perceive other naturally occurring low energy times at the end of each day, lunar month, and solar year. These pivot points allow us to reassess processes, goals, and plans. We can release and reset for a fresh start.

It can be helpful to take advantage of these reset times because they are naturally restorative. When we align with these natural cycles, we affirm nature within our human nature. We become One With.

Notice your energy levels from October 28 to November 4. If you feel like relaxing with a book, or taking a nature walk, or napping, or saying no to overwork, your Sacred Heart and Body Temple feel the Moon’s flow.

The three days before the New Moon are called the Dark of the Moon. These are times when I overhear people say, “I am so tired, and I don’t know why.”

Rest is encouraged in this last week, especially during the last 24 hours of this lunar cycle, the darkest Dark of the Moon. (New Moon occurs on 4, 5:15 PM EDT. Count back 24 hours for your time zone.)

There is a pattern to this tiredness, and it is recognizable. The Moon reflects this wind-up and wind-down rhythm every lunar month. Pattern recognition is a gold standard in self-care. So, when you feel the call to rest, please consider saying yes.

Intuition increases during naturally occurring low energy times because we become more receptive. Every cell of our being has a rest phase, called the interphase. We can indulge body, mind, and soul to rest in conjunction with our beloved, ever-flowing Moon.

If you have questions about allowing for more rest during the end of the lunar cycle, send me an email at aureal@5dherenow.com.

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Saturday, October 30, 3:05 AM to 2:10 PM, EDT

Monday, November 1, 1:00 PM to 7:11 PM, EDT

Wednesday, November 3, 6:32 PM to 8:53 PM, EDT

We often feel void when the Moon is Void. These are times when it is hard to focus, hard to accomplish, and produce. If interested, track your productivity and your energy levels during these times. When you feel a resonance, factor in void Moon times for optimal planning and scheduling.

Lunar Week of the Full Moon, October 2021

The sight of the Moon two nights ago, a breath away from being Full, pierced my heart. I do not remember seeing the Moonlight so resolutely alive.

It has been said that colours are more vibrant now as we collectively shift to the 5th Dimension consciousness. That might be the reason the Moon was so white light.  The vividness could also be seasonal, as the Moon shines differently throughout the year.

Whatever the reason, the Moon is in her fullness today, October 20, at 10:58 AM EDT. Those in the United States and Canadian time zones must wait until tonight to see her total luminescence.

We will likely feel the fullness without seeing her.  Full Moon days come with increased responsibility and an increase in the numbers of people milling about our circles. The Full Moon, like a musical crescendo, ups the volume and intensity.

After two weeks of buildup, we reach the peak. At this fulcrum point, we can experience completeness within ourselves –satisfaction; or feel disjointed and out of sorts.

If the jarring side comes up for you, please consider centering exercises, like meditation or yoga, or time in nature. If the contentment side comes up for you, consider consciously affirming the experience of fullness in connection with nature.

The Moon and her Light are about the reflection of inner knowing, of keeping pace with oneself within every fluid moment of life.

This lunar week lasts from 10:58 AM, Wednesday, October 20 until 4:05 PM Thursday, October 28, EDT, when we enter this cycle’s fourth and final week.

During this third week, the halfway point in the cycle, the dial turns from building to releasing.  It is now time to bring the work close in and reassess for the next steps.

Void Moon times this week are:

Wednesday, October 20, 2021, 10:58 AM until 4:00 PM EDT

Friday, October 22, 2021, 4:36 PM until Saturday, October 23, 3:58 AM EDT

Monday, October 25, 2021, 10:12 AM until 5:01 PM EDT

Thursday, October 28, 2021, 2:02 AM until 5:08 AM EDT

Here is a time converter.

You might also feel void during Void Moon times; it can be hard to focus or produce. Lowering expectations and prioritizing essential projects for when the Moon is not void saves on frustration and resources.

Stay tuned to these reports for upcoming information on an e-book about 5D – coming soon! — and products and services to help align with these natural lunar cycles.

See you next week!

Week 2 of this Lunar Cycle

The momentum of this past week felt like the swell of a power surfer’s wave.  The focus was sharp and the determination palpable. This energy swell increases during the second week of this lunar cycle.  The timeline is from 11:25 PM, EDT October 12 to 10:58 AM, EDT October 20 when the Full Moon lights our way.

During this second week, we get serious about bringing our vision into concrete form.  It is a time of laser focus and refined discernment. In one week, the energetic dial turns from building to sharing.

One analogy is that we have one week left on the in-breath, and then we go two weeks into the out-breath.

While this rhythm may not precisely match the timeline on your projects, it is a pattern of energy dropped down from the Moon to us.  She delivers predictable human energy patterns, just as she does with the tides. Pattern recognition is a 21st-century tool.

We can use this knowing professionally for planning and personally to align with nature. This nature/human alignment is recognizable as felt body experiences.  With enough practice, maybe years, it is possible to recall the energetic imprint our ancestors lived by as an internal compass that guides us today.

Clock time no longer resonates with the rising frequencies of the collective consciousness shift to 5D. (More on this soon!) The body knows nature. It is simply a matter of actively working with our body’s wisdom. If you are intrigued about how to do that, resources and services are being announced in the months ahead.

The Void Moon Times this week include:

Wednesday, October 13, 6:53 AM to 4:48 PM, EDT

Friday, October 15, 8:33 AM to 10:22 PM, EDT

Saturday, October 17, 7:24 PM to Sunday, October 18, 6:05 AM, EDT

Here is a time converter: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

The Moon goes void every two and one-half days for varying amounts of time. This Wednesday and Friday, the void moon times are extended.

I started observing void Moons in the early 1980s. After a couple of years of tracking outcomes with void Moon times, I saw the benefit of living in alignment with these natural cycles.

I got burnt too many times having to retrace my steps, redo work, or cope with frustrations that could have been avoided if I had followed the void Moon times. Efficiency is a core value for me. Wasting anything – time, energy, resources — hurts.

So, when the Moon goes void, I do, too.  I have found that too much is lost, otherwise.  Check it out for yourself over many months to see if void Moon times affect your productivity.

During void times, I tend to do nonessential tasks and rest and reflect. Void Moon times feel like you do not want to get out of bed, or it is hard to focus, or you find yourself daydreaming.

Being self-employed, I am not bound by a time clock and can work all hours, and any day, to accommodate this natural rhythm that invites slow down, if not a complete stop.

If your circumstances require showing up and working during void Moon times, self-talk can help.  Remind yourself that it is hard to produce upstream in a downstream time. Affirm that you will rest as soon as you can.  Pace yourself and accommodate, as best as you can, a workflow that aligns with our Moon.

See you next week!

October 6, 2021 New Moon

Photo by Sanaan Mazhar from Pexels

Glory, alleluia! The New Moon occurs at 7:05 AM EDT on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021.  This cosmic turning opens an entirely new cycle to create and love and grow into new consciousness.

The focus of these communications is to drill down to the essence of feeling these cosmic turnings within the body as a visceral experience.

Almost all the anchors in our lives are shifting. However, the cosmic alignment of Earth, Sun, and Moon remains as reliable anchors for planning, scheduling, and orienting toward fulfillment.

New Moons represent new circumstances. There is a fresh start, even to long-term projects and relationships. The New Moon offers a reset button that is best accessed by tuning into your intuition.

Questions you might ask are:

What is the opportunity for me in this new lunar month?

How do I begin?

How do I reset in …… circumstance?

The New Moon phase occurs between October 6th, 2021, 7:05 AM, EDT and lasts until October 12th, 11:25 PM EDT. The first week of the four-week lunar cycle is a creative time of application and focus. What we have generated within this first lunar week builds momentum toward the coming Full Moon.

The shape of our Moon in the night sky reflects the natural development of our efforts in imagining, creating and building our vision.

Allow your focus about one day into the new cycle to generate the form of your reset and then grab that budding energy. Go forward with animate creativity. Allow yourself this opportunity to align with nature and push the reset button.

Void of Course Moon times in this first week include:

Thursday, October 7th, 1:03 AM to 10:22 AM EDT.

Saturday, October 9th, 2:05 AM to 11:24 AM EDT

Monday, October 11th, 12:30 AM to 1:15 PM EDT

As the name suggests, void of Course Moon times is fluid periods when it is hard to focus.  Internal activities like resting, dreaming, reflecting are favoured, and demanding applications are Sisyphean.

In the Moonlight,

Aureal

aureal@5dherenow.com

Hi everyone!

At 9:58 pm EDT Tuesday, September 28, we enter the last week of the lunar cycle.

Keeping track of time by aligning with the first of every month in the standard calendar does not connect us to nature. Aligning with the lunar cycle connects us to our inner nature and the glorious nature surrounding us.

Note what happens with the tides and Moon flow.  It is the same with us if we allow for that subtle sensibility.

The last three days of this last lunar week are known as the Dark of the Moon. The Dark of the Moon occurs from Sunday, October 3 to Wednesday, October 6 at 7:05 am, EDT, when we have the New Moon.  Dark Moon times are naturally occurring low energy, the ebbing cycle.

In the last week, outward energy is low and introspective energy is high. We may feel slower and pulled more to the ground. These are times to rest and reflect.

It is a matter of trust and long-term tracking to remember our natural alignment with lunar flow. Synchronizing energy with Moon flow, we become the timer, rather than the clock on the wall or the watch on the wrist. Benefits of aligning with natural time include less stress and more fulfillment.

Letting your body be the timer leads to a direct experience of sovereignty.

For those willing and able, note your energy levels between Tuesday, September 28, and the New Moon on September 6. Give the New Moon 24 hours or so, and then notice how energy naturally builds. We will explore this more next week.

The void of course Moon times in this last week of the lunar cycle include:

Thursday, September 30, 3:05 am until 2:10 pm EDT

Saturday, October 2, 7:43 pm until Sunday, October 3, 4:38 am EDT

Tuesday, October 5, 4:46 Am until 8:41 am EDT

The last lunar week, especially the three days of the Dark of the Moon, and void of course Moon times are highly receptive times for intuition, inspiration, and imagination. They are challenging times for using force to move forward.

More info is coming in the months ahead.

With Moon Glow,

Finding Peace through Presence

Whether the hurricane winds, tornados or raging fires are in our immediate vicinity or not, every human heart feels their effects. We all know what devastation looks like, in our lives, and in the lives of others.

These are treacherous times, and Earth Mother, through these weather events and natural disasters, calls us to attention.

How do we find peace with what is happening in our world?  Danielle Egnew, a medium who offers global predictions, offers one perspective. In a recent blog post, she writes that she is changing how she works because of the addictive nature of prediction.  People hear what is forecast and they stop there. The stopping point is most often fear.

We are so much more than fear. As Danielle Egnew writes, we are at the point of choice between being stuck in habituated egoic patterns or living from “Our actual operating system – one of endless miracles, peace, and abundance.”

I wrote about my direct experience of co-creating reality in last week’s blog post. Yes, we are doing this. We are living from the New Earth, with co-creative actuality.

I wish I could remember where I read this next sharing, so that I can source it accurately, because it is a wise perspective of resonance.  Some public figure in the New Earth writings wrote recently that one reason why these cataclysmic events are happening is for us to become heart-directed in our connections with one another. These extraordinary events pull us together, as a human family.

It is time to step up and live from Heart. We have moved through “healing” and into presence. With presence, we take responsibility for our actions as a sovereign being. Danielle Egnew takes this responsibility, as she writes in her blog post, and with consideration of the consequences her choices have on the human family. She presents as brave, and true.

Another reading that feels pertinent right now is from Matt Licata’s exquisite book, The Path is Everywhere. On page 81, he writes about delving into the  multidimensional, sensate experience of fear in order to reveal its directive message to us.

When we do this, we can move through the incapacitation of fear, and into the experience of Living Love as the generator of our new operating system. Miracles happen, abundance is a given and the heart is alive. This is real. This is us. This is choice.

Our actual operating system – one of endless miracles, peace, and abundance.”                                                                                                                                                                       Danielle Egnew

Please share in the comments how you move through fear and stand in unconditioned presence now. What a glory that experience is!

How to Claim 5D Alchemy

5D delivers.  Once we move past the surprise of getting what we requested in full and complete ways, extraneous thought evaporates. There is nothing to do, no big agenda to follow. Effort goes out of receiving and even out of following-up.

Suddenly, without any warning, at any time or place, with no apparent cause, it can happen.                                                                                                                                                    Ken Wilbur

The Story

Unlike many people, I have not ever wanted to own a home. With nomadic blood, I move a lot, in both short and long-distance moves. I do feel that I have settled in place now, coming full circle to where I began. Buying a home, though, is not on my wish list.

Renting has become an option for many people and the market has changed. Prices have gone up and supply has gone down. I wanted to move this past Spring.

My wish list is precise, and long. I require no smoking, no external lights shining into interior rooms, no carpet, pet friendly, quiet, surrounding beauty and the right price.  Nothing matched my list this Spring, so I  decided to settle in place despite a super long commute with traffic that I allow to aggravate me.

Then, it happened.  As Ken Wilber says “Suddenly, without any warning, at any time or place, with no apparent cause, it can happen.  (From CWI No Boundary, page 433.)

My niece, a realtor, told me about a house for rent that meets my wish list.  And here, I have it, a place to call home. This new home allows me to shift toward fuller living. This new residence allows for greater social engagement and cultural enrichment because the commute is cut in half. I will be free from bombastic, artificial light invading inner space, noise pollution that yanks up my nervous system and a lack of green beauty that does nothing for the heart.

When the offer came, there was no losing center. I took the offer as a direct response to my request, and I took the receiving of it in stride. The plotting and planning of packing, moving, changing addresses seem like an ordinary day’s work; neither an ordeal, nor a cause for overenthusiastic anticipation.  The experience is simply something that is happening that is part of the mix of living in the field of alchemical magic, where wishes are granted and dreams are fulfilled.

Like many people, my past is rich with the joys of getting dream jobs or finding beautiful places to live or taking life-changing trips. There was always a roller coaster associated with these experiences; an up and a down.

Now, in 5D, it seems we take good fortune in stride.  There is nothing to lose center over. The pull of over exuberance or deflation has evaporated. We are in Yes Living now.

It is quite freeing to ask for something and receive it in full, on Spirit or the Universe’s timeline.  When we receive what we requested, the tendency is to keep asking for the next things our hearts desire. Love, and Life, and our own Soul, respond.

Ask – Presence with each changing Moment – Receive – Acknowledge — Ask

As we acclimate to the 5th and Higher Dimensions, we operate at a new cloud level, where the vista is wider, more flowing and connected. We do not have to concern ourselves with the tedium we were used to dealing with in 3D. We live with greater stride, confidence, and surety.

Please share in the comments a recent experience of yours in having a request met, full and complete.

The Entire Universe Conspires to Help

Dear Readers,

Both the Lunar Eclipse of the last Full Moon and the recent Solar Eclipse of this New Moon made direct contact with planetary placements in my birth chart.  It has taken me awhile to receive, absorb, assimilate, integrate and reconfigure. Now, I am back to writing this blog.

The eclipse energies brought an imperative for living in the moment.  There is no time to waste in being distracted. The focus is, as Matt Licata says, “What is most true now.”  Honouring what is most true in each moment represents a way of life in this New Time, and it takes practice.

One awareness that has come up for me as most true is how intuition, or Conscious Awareness, arrives in split second awareness. What follows is a shared experience of “In a Flash Knowing.”

Our intuition is connected to a vast Source and Resource of informing help.  There is an entire Universe conspiring to participate in even the most mundane aspects of our lives.

For decades, I have been dressing with the Moon.  The Moon changes zodiac signs every two and a half days, and each zodiac sign is associated with a colour. I chose to wear a colour of that day, and this is how I dress with the Moon.

The colours of the zodiac, as I understand them, are listed below. As one Buddhist teacher told me long ago, “Everyone has a piece of the truth.”  If you search online for colours of the zodiac, you will see other associations.  The ones below represent what I have been working with and have come to know, over decades of use.

Aires – Red spectrum, including orange

Taurus – elegance and soft colours, like beige, muted blues

Gemini – gray, black/white, silver

Cancer – blues and browns

Leo – Red, pink, coral

Virgo—gray, black/white, silver

Libra – elegance, blues

Scorpio – black, red, purple, sexy

Sagittarius – skirts for women, turquoise

Capricorn – brown, black

Aquarius – anything goes

Pisces – white, light greens

We know colours transmit vibrational frequencies and wearing a colour associated with the sign the Moon is in helps me feel in alignment with the cosmos.  I love it when I encounter people who are wearing the colour of the Moon for that day and have no clue about the zodiac association.  I am in awe of people who pick up these frequencies, consciously or not and go with them. Kudos, deep respect, fearless!

In the Northern Hemisphere, we are approaching a change of season. The weather has not changed much, yet the mood and orientation have, and   summer clothes no longer carry the day. It is not cold enough for fall clothes. Finding midseason clothes to wear on any given day can be a challenge.

Preparing to dress one recent day when the Moon was in Scorpio, I looked through everything in my closet that would speak to Scorpio Moon, and nothing came up.  I let the choice of clothing go as I did other things in preparation for leaving for the day. Before I even approached my closet to look again, in a split second, the choice of clothes became clear: a black tee and an animal print skirt. This choice came out of the ethers, as I did not consciously notice this selection when I first looked for what to wear.

I was delighted with the choice; the clothes fit the Moon colour of the day, and my intuition directed me. I felt supported and connected with a responsive Universe.

I have written about this before: Living in the Moment requires trust. Worry, stress and fretting lock out trust. One “most true” dynamic is that we have helpers; we are not alone.

Our intuition is connected to a vast Source and Resource of informing help.  There is an entire Universe conspiring to participate in even the most mundane aspects of our lives, such as what to wear.

When we activate the living truth experience of Conscious Awareness (a new descriptor of Intuition) in small matters, we can release more completely into its embrace in the larger matters of life.

Please share in the comments section your experiences of “in a flash knowing,” when Conscious Awareness is your guiding companion.
